The embers of war danced across one of Nixor's half-razed cities. Kiliks and Joined fled from the Jedi Order and Resistance forces, regrouping at their remaining bases after their last defeat. Countless cries rang out across the burning city, some of those from people who lost everything, some of them from people still trapped by the fallout of war.
Lucifrey Sol stood at the edge of a Jedi starship's cargo ramp. Her dark blue poncho billowed in the air while the ship descended through the smokey night sky towards one of the crumbling starports. Her custom dry-suit was ripped and torn in various areas, with faint traces of wounds she'd had before they were healed after the last battle. She was still a little worn out from the fight to repel the Kiliks. A faint pant pressed against the inside of her mask, while her thin tail tightened around her hips inside her form-fitting suit.
There were many people who needed help all across the wartorn city, and Master Tarrell had ordered a coordinated relief effort to save as many people as they could. "Remember, anyone we find could be Joined." She spoke calmly through the comlink integrated in her personal rebreather, which was designed to keep that nasty Kilik ooze out of her mouth. "Don't eat or drink anything suspicious, stick to our supplies instead, and pass out any to whoever's in need. We'll make sure the LZ is clear before we setup a relief point."
The half-Annfyn Tiefling's pointy ears twitched as she darted her gaze from one broken building to the next. The smokey air beat across her face and eyes. Her bright pink twin-tails swayed back and forth with increasing intensity as the ship slowed it's descent and prepared to land. Luci didn't wait. She pulled the Force into her legs and leapt down to the landing pad, giving herself more than enough room to safely clear the ship.
Luci landed in a soft crouch, the tips of her left hand's fingers gently touching down in the process. Her right hand kept a sturdy grasp on the songsteel and Brylark wood handle of her lightsaber, which she kept disengaged and ready.
For the moment she couldn't Sense any nearby threats. Nonetheless, she remained focused and vigilant, lifting her lithe frame to a stand. The setting ships forced a turbulent wind to kick up around Luci, whipping the edges of her poncho and the lengths of her long twin-tails back and forth while the ships set down around her.
