The governor met them in his office. He was hesitant, and almost seemed confused in some ways. As the Jedi explained the situation, the facility they had uncovered, the nexus there and the Sith who had been domineering it to influence the planet, pieces started to click together. The governor seemed relieved, expressing that just that morning it seemed like a great cloud had been lifted from him, that he felt he was seeing clearly for the first time in decades.
By the time the two Jedi left, the governor had signed a declaration once again outlawing slavery. They left with the man's gratitude, and the gratitude of the people who were able to return to their natural way of life without the haunting spectre of the old ways that had been forced upon them.
