This is the OOC and signup for a combat simulation that I'd like to do. It's from an episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars (Episode 5, Rookies). It's the animated series show, not the Samurai Jack-style 5-minute episodes (much better series imo).
The basic rundown is this:
A squad of Mandalorians are stationed on an isolated outpost on a remote Rishi moon with the sole purpose of maintaining a security beacon. The beacon transmits an all-clear status to the main clans as a vital safety. We're in the only system of a backdoor hyperspace route, and are charged to defend the facility for three days until our scheduled transfer.
Halfway through the first day, after we've had time to establish our preparations and security measures, a team of assassin droids will attempt to infiltrate the complex and control the beacon, allowing an invasion fleet passage into Mandalorian territory. Of course, we won't know it's happening until we learn about the droid's presence, but the droids themselves will have had time themselves :D
What do you guys think? On the other hand, we could just set this up as a general mission, instead of a simulation.
