Korriban... the name stirred emotions and memories that were ingrained into the Sith acolyte's mind as Teselmar roamed the stone halls of the great Sith Academy. The dark side flowed strongly here, whispers of ancient magicks and eldritch horrors as much a part of this world as the dust that clung to his black robes, leaving a faint cloud as he shook the hem of his cloak to rid it of filth. Teselmar could not abide untidiness.

Reaching the training area, he could feel the dark side like a small ocean, its currents rippling as students viciously contested each other's wills. Undoing the clasp of his cloak, Teselmar put it aside as he stretched, limbering up as he snickered to himself. Let's see how much better this day can get... Setting up a dueling ring, he paced back and forth impatiently as he looked for someone to spar with him. He needed to work on his melee skills, as well as fighting opponents that used lightsabers.

And then he came like a shadow as his constant use of the force strengthen his ability to use the force in extended expanses of time to a great level for a padawan. Seconds before he did not exist in the plain of the force or to the physical eye, at least not to Acolytes and mid level crusaders as his own abilities of stealth were well advanced as it was reacquired for him in his usual missions. to the keenest of eyes how ever, his presence could have been seen by very subtle distortions of space as he had actually been walking down the hall aimlessly before sensing Teselmar. Sensing his need for combat, the shadow so too thought a good spar would do him some good but was a bit worry that an acolyte would see this as a fight to the death. Vilaan did not seek death that had not been marked as he was not a very blood thirsty man but acolytes were prone to have the need to kill and prove themselves. Hopefully this Cethar as it appeared would be different.

Seeming to materialize from nothing as he lifted his cloaks in the force, a nightmarish visage was revealed to the ginger Cathar waiting for a fight. With pale white skin adorned with random red stripes adorning his face, two pitch black orbs with blood red dots for pupils stared at the acolyte with a neutral expression as his fanged teeth were hid by his lips over a forked chin. He looked physically powerful but not overly bulk as the mysterious acolyte mixed strength and dexterity into one powerful body. Despite having no body hair what so ever causing him to be bold yet not feeling any cold, his body was still clothed by the traditional sith robes afforded him when he first came to life.

On his back was something that resembled a pick apart sniper rifle with the long barrel being the only thing to give it away right away showing his wide range of assassination. on his belt were countless types of gadgets and tools one could need a communicator, a compartment for a grappling hook and a respirator were among the more visible things wile the rest were hidden by well made and protected compartments. Among them was the premier tool of the sith that was also his most useful tool; his rather standard construct light saber given to him by his creator had nothing special to it then a sleek and comfortable but firm grip to it. Holding a syth crystal, it was rather standard, a fact that would change in the future as the shadow's training progressed after finding more crystals.

Looking at Teselmar with a neutral and expressionless look on his face, he spoke with a heavy voice that at times almost made him growl "greetings fellow acolyte, I see you are urging for an educational spar with a fellow sith? I welcome the need to hone my own skills in battle though I hope not to the death, the empire needs its acolytes after all. My name is Vilaan Zator" Vilaan spoke as he telekinetic lifted his light saber with out any gesture and griped it before giving the acolyte a makashii solute.

As the shadow spoke, Teselmar had begun analyzing the... creature that would be his sparring partner. He was quite good at Force Stealth, being able to hide his presence like that. Then again, Teselmar was trained in that ability as well. He heard its voice and saw its saber. He noted the way that it telekinetically lifted the saber, and saluted him. A decently skilled telekinetic as well, then.

Teselmar's friendly smile stayed on his face, as he bowed slightly to his training partner. Vilaan, eh? Sounds like Villain, nyar. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that if you hadn't become Sith, your parents would've really been disappointed, nyar!" Teselmar called his lightsaber to his hand as well. He knew what his opponent could see; the hilt was an archaic and wicked-looking design, all hard lines and imposing edges. The blade snapped to life in crimson, illuminating the rest of Teselmar's gear.

A standard utility belt with rebreather, commlink, cable launcher and holoprojector, as well as a harness on his back that contained the two halves of a Karpaki-50 slugthrower rifle that he used as a sniper rifle. It would take a minute or so to assemble, and most likely wouldn't come into play here. What his opponent couldn't see was the shorter shoto lightsaber that was hidden inside Teselmar's left sleeve, in a holster that he could unlatch with the Force. Waving his saber in a flashy and slightly over-the-top salute back, Teselmar took a position ten feet away. He raised his lightsaber hilt in the standard Shii-Cho guard. He'd wait before switching styles to see what his opponent used.

Parents? What was he talking about? Lifting a hairless eyebrow at his comment at the comment that did not make sense to him due to his nature he could only guess he was attempting Dun Moch. Unmoved with the psychological attack, Vilaan extended his senses with the force as he looked at everything in the room with out braking his eye contact with the Cathar. Scanning him thoroughly and seeing how thin he was, he seemed rather weak for a member of his race prided on their strength and martial might and took in all possibilities presented to him.

Dun Moch, what a fun ability did Vilaan thought as he charged Teselmar with a swift cut from his left hip to his right shoulder "I wouldn't be talking cat. You seem like the hiccup of the family and a appointment to your whole race, twig" Vilaan responded with a wide grin showing his razor chompers in a wide grin wile he kept his left hand a bit loose at the bottom of the saber's hilt.

Morisana Mona who had been walking by the room where the duel was to take place, happened to glance towards it while she passed and paused and then turned to stand in the door way, wondering if she could either watch or join in, from the looks it was going to be watch first, join later so walking into the room, she stood off to the side a decent distance away so as to not get caught in the middle somehow.

"Whenever you feel two feel like starting" She said with a monotone in her voice as she watched.
