I changed it. I'm sure the numbers are a little off. Now about the leader. I thought it might be cool to be a Jawa but I'm not sure if that would be appropriate. If not a Jawa he would be a Duros, Gand, Bothan, Besalisk, Nautolan, or Quarren.

Looks good, we need to get like an official npc count now, for instance 500 pilots and 500 ground forces.

Edit: Also like Jiang said, the admins might not let you have both a ground base and a asteroid base.

So maybe 2500 members would be okay? Does that reflect the size of the fleet. I wanna have a ground base but I'm not sure where to keep my ships. :/

I honestly think 2500 people would be pushing it. I think you need to still put how you have around 1000 men. The only explination i can think of is when you raid ships you give the crew members a join or die situation. Plus the pirates would have had to been around for 10+ years for that to make sense. Anyway, do you have a problem with have your ships docked on the planet?

No I guess I don't have any Super Stardestroyers so I can keep them on the ground. I'll have 500 men in each both sections if that is enought to man all the ships. I'm planning on the pirates being relatively new. Also what do you think along the lines of the leaders species.

Then maybe the faction an be the product of several pirate factions joining together.

That could work. I think I'm going with Nautolan as the Leader's Species.

You want to be the leader right? If so then whatever you want, i havn't heard of 1 species being better at pirating than the rest. I personaly only use humans, zabracks or twiliks.

Yeah I wanna be the leader. What all has to be done to make the Independent Faction official?

Basically it needs to be approved by the independent faction admins. I think the main thing your missing right now is a back story for the faction........ and a name lol.

Lol yeah the name is pretty important. Do I make my leader character before or after I make the Faction? I wanna have something with Raiders in it. hm...

Well before i make a character for it ill need a back story, but thats just because i want him to have a back story that matches up with the factions. You being the creator of the back story can model it after your character or model the character after it.

K I'm thinking The Rim Raiders or something for the name or "Insert Leader's Name Here's" Raiders. I'll get started on a backstory.

Turranic Raiders... But that's a complete Homeworld ripoff.

Pirates need something bold and scary... I can't think of anything at the moment, but I might be interested in making a character if this faction gets off the ground.

Also, follow Nym's example and hide your shit in caves. Then if you do something really big Republic conspiracy theorists can go "You think some people in a cave could <action>? You think some people in a cave could make the Republic stand down!?"

Yeah it does sound like a porno... :CCry2: I've got a backstory up. Its kinda weak. Im thinking of naming the leader Rhaaygon and calling them Rhaaygon's Raiders. Sorta has a ring to it.
