Place Your Bets

Alright... it looked like things were coming together. This was going to be a significant step up in terms of Cath's "re-education", so she needed to make sure that everything was in place and ready to go. There wasn't going to be any fumbling allowed in this one.

Nuala cast her gaze over the area one last time and went over her mental checklist of doodads and assortments for the coming meeting. Cafeteria: Check. Random Fruit and Snacks: Check. Randomizer Datapack: Double Check. Pazaak Cards: Triple Check. It looked like everything was in order.

Rather than another excursion out into the woods, Nuala had decided that it was time to bring Cath home to roost. Their fun and games, this time, was going to be done in full view of everyone and in the middle of the Jedi Temple. If that didn't shake some of the awkwardness out of this, and put a dent in Cath's reputation, then she didn't know what would.

Of course, things were going to be different in other ways as well. As best as Nuala understood it, Cath had a friend or something that she wanted brought into their little downtime relaxings. So, sure, why not? That just meant that one good turn deserved another. Nuala had told Aj to meet them here this morning in order to even the score.

Satisfied that everything was in order, Nuala leaned back in her chair and allowed herself a nice grin and a moment of relaxation. If everything went according to plan, then this was going to be one heckuvan evening. She was looking forward to it.

Cath went to find Nuala, she had been wondering about Kaeri and after their time on Kashyyyk well it had showed a few things. One being she wished she could be out of her bodysuit more often. The jedi knight stood at the ready with her standard equipment and had her whip coiled around her waist like a second belt. She walked towards Nuala and rolled her shoulders looking around. If this was going to be public well at least the students would have a good show.

Lynn would aimlessly wander out around the temple as she peered out to the other two Jedi across from her. Noticed something that looked to be of some sort of party perhaps. She felt as if this was a sort of meeting. She kept to herself as she was unfamiliar with the two Jedi.

Aj walked into the main temple with big grin. He had found a master and had begun his training. Working with Akacen, brought a new sense of purpose to Aj. He hoped to make Akacen proud of him.

But his training allowed little for free time, and he felt he had deserved some. He could see his young friend Nuala leaning back on a chair, boasting a a grin across her face. He smiled to himself. He enjoyed the company of the younger Padawan. They had fought together on Sarka and worked together on Naboo. The two had become mildly acquainted. He noticed two other Jedi as well. He could see another young female keeping to herself and another in an environmental suit standing beside Nuala looking around.

He made his way towards Nuala, still with a grin on his face. It is good to see you again, Nuala. How have you been? Who else is here so far?

Nuala half-turned and gave Aj a familiar grin wink. The guy was alright, a bit rough around the edges perhaps, but she felt him trustworthy enough. Her right hand moved to gesture at an empty seat. It was all his for the taking.

She began responding to his questions with rapid-fire answers; her hand moved to point out who she was talking to at any given prhase: "I'm good for the most part. This is my master, Cathbodua, don't mind the mask or bondage gear, she's a big softy on the inside. Cathbodua, this is Aj, his bark is worse than his bite, and I've no idea who the wall-flower is."

Nuala turned in her seat again to take note of the other new arrival. She seemed like the decent enough sort. Her arm moved to wave the girl over. "We've got room for one more. Come on over and introduce yourself. We're all friends here."

Goodness, it felt good to relax for a few minutes. Nuala couldn't believe how tense her training regiment was making her.

She would have then looked over at the other Jedi as she was signaled over. She looked around her to see if perhaps the girl was signaling someone else. Nobody else was around her so she nervously walked over to the group. 'Hey I'm Lynn nice to meet you guys!" She said with attempting to put on a smile.

Cath looked at AJ and then at Lynn as she spoke. "It is nice to meet you as well. Padawan Lynn last I saw you... you were starring into space during our lessons." Cath took the time to turn to NUala and she went a little still to look like an ebony statue with her face mask on. She wanted to see what her padawan had in mind for this public display of her own humanity... It would be a curious lesson she had planned.
