The Chalactan expected him to stammer in reply or a flush to creep up his cheeks as, in their limited time together, she had gathered that he had a tendency to be oblivious, but he came right back at her with his own clever reply. She could only smile as their impromptu sparring match came to an end.
"Thank you," she grinned, just as pleased to be able to go and take a long, cold shower as she was to have won as she threw out a hand to help him to his feet, if he chose to accept it. The pair of Padawans were certainly a sight, caked in sweat and dirt, but Samara didn't mind. Her face lit up when he suggested they meet again tomorrow at the same time, a soft, slow smile spreading across her lips. "I'd like that very much," she agreed, tilting her head to one side. "I didn't realize you were a glutton for punishment."
One last joke before they parted ways. Samara crossed the clearing to collet her belongings, already sipping from the water bottle she had brought along with her. Then she remembered their wager and called out after him, "Hey! You never told me your name!"
