I'm at episode 4, and I'm already pretty unnerved by it.

This was my face as I watched episode 3.

It basically takes the magical girl mold and breaks it in disturbing and potentially wonderful ways.

I have never feared for the lives of any character in a magical girl show before now. Not even the villians.

Now every episode is this anguish as I hope Sayaka doesn't die. Or the others, but mostly her. She's such a cool character, with a really interesting wish.

I'm also afraid something awful will happen because of the wish. I do... not .... like... this feeling. Yet this show is so good I can't stop watching.
