I realize some of you may be confused as to aspects of the Imperial Knights, so here's your opportunity to ask and have them clarified.

I first need to find my second-in-command (the Seneschal) and get a few Marshals. I've got a few incoming profiles I think will do the trick.

After that I'll be talking to Malon about a small operation involving an Imperial Weapons Depot on Yinchorr.

Are Jedi and Imp. Knights going to be able to work together with each other relatively friendly-like without chopping each others limbs off? Like will they work with each other together for necessity's sake?

They won't attack each other on site and they'll work together if they're after the same immediate goal, but they won't be planning attacks together a head of time.

The Imperial Knights blame the Jedi, who had many times as many people as the Knights, for letting the Sith return, remember.

You never got back to me about my question. I sent it to you via pm yesterday. But should I hold off posting until you have a second in command? Or just not make it known ????? is a knight.

Do the Imperial Knights still have the same rules about lightsabers and armor or are they more free in this time period?

The armour is 'technically' still there, but seeing as they require secrecy as guerrilla fighters against the Empire in practice it isn't worn aside from ceremonial events.
