Intent: Increased survival against increasing threat of powerful and dangerous sith and sith spawn as well as more dangerous missions. Adapting previous MK armor for proper current tech standards.

Composition: Armor has been improved with revered aspects of the armor. Main armor plates composed of Durasteel/Ultracrome plates on a Duraplast composite joint and layered to overlap for greater flexibility and protection. Underneath is a armor weave under suit for a final line of defense. Armor grade Tranparansteel visor on normal mode covered with a retractable and detachable camera equipped secondary visor. (left out permanently if too much of a hassle in future runs)

Rating: As its main focus, armor is acceptably resistant to force user attacks: highly resistant to light stray/unblockable light saber strikes in mid combat but is only lightly resistant against highly dedicated power strikes. Respectably resistant against high and low temperatures and moderate levels of kinetic stress. Armor is designed primarily for combat and ambush against the rising numbers of Sith and sith spawn increasing survival from otherwise instantly fatal occurrences. Subsequently, the armor is also highly resistant against slug throwers and dedicated light blaster fire. Systems in armor are hardened to protect from high voltage or ion based attacks for a limited time, heavy ion pulses able to create a drastic systems crash. Armor is however vulnerable to heavy blaster fire and high close proximity explosives.

Description: Designed to survive severe deadly confrontations against Sith and Sith spawn in the rising threat of the empire, it can also provide with some war time survival. Created to better protect the wearer in combat against an enemy of equal or superior fighting ability or to deter ambushes, the armor was created especially for Jedi guardians. Due to the technical specifications and creation, the armor is cumbersome and slightly unwieldy when used by an unfit none force user.
The MK 2 is a powerful combination of heavy segmented Durasteel/Ultracrome plates on breast plate, shoulder guards, vambraces , grieves and Gorget for superior flexibility and protection. Straps and joint armor are composed of light duraplast armor for connecting armor plates between Greave and thigh planets, gauntlet and arm armor bellow the shoulder pads. Plates are attached separately and held in place with system controlled clamps with a release failsafe that is attacked to the armor weave muscle suit beneath. Duraplast armor straps are set to connect planets in event of clamp malfunction as well as adding a slight increase in defense on joints. The under suit is comprised of armor weave resulting in a last layer of defense protecting the who body from neck to toe allowing the wearer great amount of flexibility and coverage. The end result of the armor’s design is to afford the user maximum protection with retained flexibility for increased performance against the most dangerous of opponents.

The armor weave bellow is not only designed to work as light armor to protect the user bellow the armor plates, it also has been designed with small magnetic socket clamps. The clamps are designed to hold the armor plates above in place and are connected to the built in computer for maximum performance. The clamps are also designed for a slightly faster equipment proses and will detach on command or when the system deems a hazard has been detected. The detachment proses can be overridden by voice command of the user in the unlikely but possible case of successful system’s hack. The armor plates are not only held by clamps but as well as traditional strapping in case of system’s failure or any other situation keeping the armor set but reducing fast equipment speed. The armor weave also has a tunic form reminiscent of jedi robes for back of the legs protection and a bit of style.

In addition of the armor weave outer layer, the light armor under suit is enforced with multiple layers with a muscle suit and a neural collar like that of modern military. The muscle suit allows for the armor to sustain its considerable weight allowing the user to move unnumbered and also allows the user increased strength and performance. The innermost layer acts as a vacuum rated survival suit, and (when worn with an appropriate helmet) proofs the user against void exposure and most chemical and biological contaminant exposure. Additionally it provides temperature regulation providing the user moderate protection against extreme heat and cold (environmental only- the system is not designed to defend against directed heat or cold based weaponry), an integrated air tank with 2 hours of breathable air when fully charged, and waste recycling.

The Helmet still has the combination of mechanically collapsible system and standard detachment for quick deployment and standard use if necessary. The helmet is outfitted with an improved built in computer and HUD system from the MK1’s Paladin system from the Slayer initiative. The improved HUD system was improved with an advanced extrasensory package (Night vision, Thermal vision, 360 degree vision, ultraviolet, multiple zoom, vision enhancement, self tinting, etc.) and an improved anti hack and viral software. The automatic rebreather filters most contaminants, and can be further sealed, allowing the suit to run on its own oxygen reserves and providing additional environmental protection. A small feeding tube allows for piercing standard nutrient gel packs and drawing directly from most any water source. An advanced comms system allows for use of military grade encryption, both short and long range personal communication, and can integrate and send signals to and through any nearby ship borne communication system that has installed the appropriate software patch. The helmets most advanced feature is its own neural link, which works separately from the body's neural collar. It allows the wearer to control all suit and HUD systems by thought, and will link with any appropriately equipped starship (most commonly personal starfighters), allowing this control to extend to the ships systems in a limited capacity. The system has been specific customized to sink better with a jedi’s faster and stronger mental capacity for better synchronization.

The armor is also equipped with further offensive and defensive systems thought the suit. Both vambraces incorporate hidden vibro blades for hidden use and emergencies. The upper side of the left vambrace is outfitted with a portable energy shield which will deflect several blaster bolts or lightsaber strikes before it needs its power pack replaced. As with all systems in the with the armor, the shields are connected the the neural system and are controllable by simple thought. Boots are outfitted with standard magnetic clamps for walking up walls or retaining solid foothold when in zero g. the back of the breastplate section has a attachment clamp for attacking supply packs, jet backs, secondary weapons like blaster carbines, personal rocket lunch system and other possible attachments. As with all magnetic attachment clamps, it only works with system command and is impossible for external unauthorized use.The new Sigurd armor system remade to be improved from the previous model remains heavily modular and ready for newer and improved attachments.

Armor to be modified and changed if the things are found to be wrong with the armor.
