Okay so... we're saying that a level 1 can break through the stasis effect of an uninterrupted level 4? I'm sorry but I don't think that's how the level system works @One For Sorrow so I don't think you could move, let alone shoot at Bri :)

So. By that logic. A: a lvl 1 shouldn't be able to stop any part of Serie's choke since she's a higher level. However, since your partener has posted and locked in the actions taken prior.

I'm not saying a level 4 is above reproach - I'm saying that an uninterrupted attack by a level 4 should not be able to be countered by a level 1 :)
So yes I'm saying I should be able to counter Vincent like that because the difference between their powers is massive and Cregan's attack is not interrupted :)

That logic, Sorrow, works only if you forget one thing- this isn't a level 1 and a level 2 or even a level 3 and a level 4. This is a level 4 and a level 1. There's no interruptions so there's only this question to consider;

Can a level 1 break free of the focuses attack of a level 4?

But this is getting heated and I really don't want to be arguing so I'll report it to the RP admin so the decision isn't ours and we can all accept it :)

Seeing as theres no writeup for a stasis lock stating that there is no ability to move whatsoever i would think it would be perfectly reasonable to be able to fight it a little. I never said i broke free, i said i struggled against it anf moved a little.

Admin Ruling: As per what is written in the Force powers rules, a level 3 can easily overpower a level 1, and a level 4 even more so. This is the same power that Kylo Ren uses in TFA against Rey and Poe and given that he was nowhere near level 4 and those two individuals were completely frozen, there would be no chance of a level 1 moving without the level 4 being interrupted.

I would suggest familiarizing yourselves with the Force Powers and Levels write-up if you have not already as it might help with future questions like this one

Just for my own clarity given the context what would kylo rens rank be in that context? Same goes for rey and poe? Cause rey battles ren to a standstill at the end of the movie, is she a lvl 1 or 2 or what? Sorry for the long string of questions just curious what your opinion is on the matter.

They don't conform perfectly to our system but at the time of those events Rey and Poe would be level 1ish and Kylo would be level 2ish. That being said, a level 2 couldn't generally completely overpower a level 1 like that for the sake of our PvP rules but a 3 or 4 certainly could (there are numerous examples of this throughout canon including Yoda casually throwing around Palpatines guards, taking Ventress's lightsabers out of her hands, etc.)
