I'd like to see him seek out the Mandalorians, train with them, and gain their acceptance in-character before accepting him into the faction. Once he gets to that point, you can re-post your application and I'll review his progress. As it stands, he has a desire to become a better warrior and test himself, but no connection or knowledge of the Mandalorian culture.

If you've got any questions about the faction, feel free to shoot me a PM. We'll be having a huge battle, our grand finale, pretty soon. It marks the end of the Mando-led invasion of the Galactic Alliance and takes place on Coruscant. It would be a perfect opportunity for your character to get involved and earn a reputation, so stay tuned for that. Until then, feel free to work with the Mandalorian Protectors (service within the Protectors is voluntary, so your character can come and go as he pleases) and get a few missions under your belt. They've always got something going on. You can also talk to Silver Cutlass. His character recently became the leader of Clan Skirata.
