Since she is already on the roster, I just added the Vaar'tur bit to her name and recognized her status as a clan leader. However, I'm still not entirely sure how her connection to the Chiss Immortals is going to affect her standing within the Clans. Given the widespread dislike of Force users, it probably won't be positive. We'll see.

Find someone who is already a member and have a run in with their character. You could do it outside the Mandalore Sector, perhaps someplace neutral like Taris. Alternatively, you could have your character try to cross over into Mando territory and get stopped by a Protector patrol. I'd talk to Sisk about the Protectors. Honestly, that idea seems to have the most merit.

Pending her introduction to the culture and her earning acceptance among the Mandalorians, I'm going to hold off on adding her to the roster. Unless I'm mistaken, she was only just detained and she is currently being evaluated by Sisk. That makes her a hopeful at best.
