The Warrior struggle to stay with the Dryw and her Awenyddion, for he was not as gifted with the Bua as the other two. Still, he trusted the Dryw and the young Awenyddion. Watching their rear as they hurried ahead, he guarded their rear in case the peko-pekos were unable to hold the others back.

Where the guards had rushed out, few were still standing in the building. Knocking them down or out as they passed, Llywellen had only one goal on her mind, the President.

Finally, they rounded the corner and saw four heavily armored guards. Just beyond the door they were protecting, the Dryw could feel the lifeforce of the President. Llywellen grasped one with the Force, causing him to clutch an invisible hand at his throat as she charged forward, attempting to knock the other guard out. Yet, these men were better prepared to fight the threat off. Armed with double bladed pikes, the remaining guards charged the Dryw, not yet seeing the Awenyddion.

As Sai ran he could see the warrior was having trouble catching up and tried to reach out to him through Bua and make him faster, but it was beyond him. Instead he just say the warrior run behind the pecko-peckos to help them in their task of guarding the rear.

Running through the building Sai saw a little amount of personal in the hallways and the ones he did see he pushed them away gentle cradling them to the ground with Bua.

Apon rounding the corner he saw four guards standing in front of a door beyond which he could feel the president. There was no way past them but to fight and when Llywellen disabled the first one through Bua, they all charged at the Dryw not seeing Sai. Runing down the path, he could hear them chattering on in their native tongue, and it looked like one of them dropped back to protect the door. Waiting until the ideal moment to strike Sai, saw one of the men round the corner and he quickly grabbed the man with all his strength and threw him to the floor. Then pouncing on him Sai, was cut with the pike, but suceeded in knocking him out before any more damage could be done. Then drawing his bow he strung an arrow and aimed for the man guarding the door's thigh. Leaving the last guard for Llywellen to handle

Llywellen barely was able to block the pike as the Sullustan brought it up from her feet aiming to slice up her thigh. Jumping into the air, she used her staff to balance her as she kicked out at the guard's stomach. As he was pushed against the wall, she brought the staff down to smack him across the face, then in the side as he slumped to the ground, groaning in pain.

It was then that the warrior caught up with them and quickly made his way toward the card swipe, not daring to foul the hands of the Dryw or the Awenyddion with such technology and charging into the room.

The President stood up, blaster in his hand as he aimed at the trio. "What is the meaning of this?" he asked them. "Lay down your weapons or I'll shoot."

"We bear you no ill will. We came to speak to you. You are one of the chosen," the Dryw told him in an awe inspired voice.

"Chosen? Who are you people?" he asked, hands shaking, but aim holding true.

Llywellen dared to take a step forward, "you know you are special. You have known for some time, Mr. President."

Seeing Llywellen deal with the last guard he started to move up the hall with the warrior in fron of himself and Llywellen. Opening the door with the key guard, the warrior stepped in first with the other two closely behind him. Walking in Sai already had a blaster pointed at his face.

This man was jumpy and Sai, saw Llywellen trying to talk him down with no effect so far. This man either knew he was speacial that much was clear but he wasn't plannin on letting the three attacking him know Sai could tell.

Sai hoped this wouldn't come to violence, bu then again nothing every goes as hoped. He heard the warrior next to him panting and breathing deeply silently, he had done his job well and Sai would thank him for that later.

He kept his bow in his left hand and his right had near the quiver of arrows. He was trying of thinking of a way to talk this man down, and tried contacting the enviroment for help, but couldn't for he was under too much tension. He reached out to Bua to help calm him down, he would have to rely on Llywellen to deal with this man until, he regained focus.

Grasping the blaster with her mind, she ripped it from his hands, leaving him vulnerable.

"Ry," she said over her shoulder in a calm voice, "guard the doors so that we are not disturbed."

The guard did not seem to hesitate in fulfilling the Dryw's orders as he stood guard, leaving Sai and Llywellen to do their work.

Touching the mind of Sai, she asked him to send a warning shot to the President, seeing his resolve to pick up the weapon again.

"There is no escaping it, Mr. President. The Bua has set you apart since birth, yet you have thrown all of the Bua's gifts to your own will and bidding. With your gifts, you manipulate the minds of others. Oh, yes, I could feel your probing just now. I am not easily swayed as the weak minded. For too long, you have wandered and floundered on your own. I am offering you the opportunity of a lifetime," she said, eyes narrowing as she began to move closer and closer to him. "I can show you things of the Bua that you could never imagine on your own..."

Seeing the blaster being ripped from the hands of the president, a normal person would have though thought he had thrown it as a last resort, but Sai felt Llywellen rip it from the man's hand with Bua. The warrior moved to guard the door, to see that the chosen were not interrupted, so far nothing was getting to this man, he was a stubborn one, Sai could see that. He was debating whether or not to send a warning shot to this man, so he could know they were not fooling around. And when he heard the word from Llywellen, before she open her mouth again he strung an arrow into his bow, the flat end facing up he he shot it between the arm and the chest, making sure not to hit him, but to at-least rip his clothes.

As he lowered his bow again, Llywellen resumed trying to persuade this man, everything she was saying to and about this man was true. This man was trying to abuse his powers and was doing so know, Sai felt the man try to poke his mind, and before it could happen Sai slapped the invisible hand away with Bua. This man was still a stubborn one, hopefully the arrow shot had gotten to him.

The President began to make sobbing sounds as he fell to his knees, eyes wide. The intensity with which the Dryw stared at him indicated she had melded with his mind, showing him something. As the two stood, gazes locked, the man's resolve seemed to crumble before them. A smile spread further on the face of the Dryw as she felt him weakening.

"You cannot hide from what you were meant to be. Join us," she told him. "Let us show you the way."

"You're mad!" the President muttered in a small voice, fear dripping from his words.

The Dryw's smile faded as she reached a hand out toward him. "You dare refuse the will of the Bua?"

A pained expression came upon the President's face as the veins in his neck began to protrude.

"Join us or face the Judgement of the Bua!"

"Ne...nev....never..."

Within a flash of an eye, the Dryw pulled a sharpened stone dagger from her robes and sliced the man's throat. Watching as he sputtered and fell to the ground, she bent down beside him with a sad look upon her face.

"Blood paid for blood," she said as she reached for her pouch on her belt and filled a hollowed out container with the blood.

Sai, watched the whole episode as it un-folded, and did not cringe once. If this man was foolish enough to not accept Bua's gift then he should be punished. But as Llywellen took out her knife Sai, thought it might be too much, did Bua really want blood. He was tempted to use Bua to rip the blade out of her hand, but did not want to contradict her, for she was probably better in tact with Bua itself.

But still, as he turned to the door to get on Huorn's back he could not help to wonder if the killing was necessary. Did the saying and eye for an eye, really hold truth? He was confused, was the death of one man worth the saving of many others, did that man not have the right to live along with the rest of them. This was something he would have to meditate when he was back on Naboo.

He reached out to Bua and the environment to find an answer, but found himself lost within the fog of his own confusion and thoughts. He wanted answers, but realized he would have to wait for those answers to come.
