I have no comment other than that he was one of my favorite actors. RIP

**** you 2014. You've given us the deaths of so many awesome people, and we're still stick with so many other worthless maggots. It's depressing.

... D: That's terrible. Apparently a suicide, too.

I just got out of the shower, feeling great and happy and walked into the living room to see this announcement on the television. I just don't know how to react to this. I have the fondest memories of watching Jumanji when I was a kid and loving his performance in it. He might not have done some of the best stuff, but he certainly knew how to make us smile. He will be sorely missed. May he rest in peace and move to where he belongs.

Wasn't a fan so I'm not really struck, but R.I.P. hopefully he's found peace wherever he is now.

Most likely deliberate. He's been battling depression for awhile now.

It always seems like the comedians are the ones who struggle with depression. It reminds me of a quote from "Watchmen":

“Heard joke once: Man goes to doctor. Says he's depressed. Says life seems harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world where what lies ahead is vague and uncertain. Doctor says, "Treatment is simple. Great clown Pagliacci is in town tonight. Go and see him. That should pick you up." Man bursts into tears. Says, "But doctor...I am Pagliacci.”

Dave Chappelle was depressed too (Though he only had a breakdown-not suicide), very interesting observation.

Comedians tend to be depressed yeah. A lot of the deprecating and observational humor comes from their own self-deprecations and observations of their faults and so on.

Or at least that's what I remember this one comedian said on this radio show. :P It was like 2 years ago.

And on my birthday, too. Sucks monkey balls. Going to go on a Robin Williams movies binge and eat a tub of ice cream.
