"Oh no. We are not keeping anothe-" The Shadow hesitated as he reemerged, realizing that today was his chance to make things up to Seela. If he stopped her now, it would only ruin it and put him in disfavor with her. No. She needed this, he could see it.

"I mean..." Kyo let out a defeated sigh, cleared his throat, and gradually stretched out his arms and legs to finally discard his shrunken disguise and move comfortably again. At the very least, he did get to see that the former slave did have some hunting skills after all. He'd have to find out more about that later though. For now there was just a bit more left to do before they could relax again.

"Alright..." He let out a faint and slightly annoyed groan. "You can keep him. For now." he'd roll his eyes and head back out toward the end of the alley, ready to head back to the elevator with his companion and their other new companion. "But you're gonna be the one taking care of it."

[Seela]

Seela pouted at her companion's lack of enthusiasm. Visibly he didn't see Rabbit's cuteness as she did!

"Of course! I didn't include you in my plans for it!"

Seela then waited for his back to be turned, just in case, before pulling a face at him. She then looked down at her new friend, and talked in a slightly lower voice.

"Sorry about that one, he seems to have lost a stick up his ass... His little scout droid is absolutely adorable, tho!"

Then Seela silently went to follow Kyosuke, eager to be back at the ship, to take care of her new friend, and to eat her candies.

'Great. I do her a favor and she still insults me... maybe she's right though.' Kyo let out a dejected sigh, and would remain silent on their way back to the Shinigami. Gremlin would coo insistently at his bestie, until He finally dropped his hood so the scout could poke his head up and give Rabbit a friendly introduction...


Eventually the group would be back in the Shinigami, where Kyo would begin distributing his extra supplies around the ship. "I've got a few more things to do, but they're on another planet. Anything else you wanna do or see here before we leave?"

[Seela]

Seela would strut along behing Kyosuke, observing the droid interacting, with Gremlin being his usual friendly self, and Rabbit answering in its adorable grumbiness, but calmer. They almost seemed to like Gremlin despite themselves!
Seela noted to herself that she would need to learn more droidspeak soon.

Pondering Kyosuke's question once back on the ship, Seela recalled the nurse's reaction to Kyosuke potentially being a Force user, then the nastiness of the lower levels, and tried to call to mind any interesting tidbit about the planet she might have gleaned from past clients. Weighting the pros and cons, she concluded that there was nothing stopping them from coming back another time to explore the higher levels, and that they shouldn't stay here much longer, just in case the nurse ratted them out.

"Well, I don't know much about the planet, but I could always come back later for the more touristy stuff! I really think we should leave soon..."

The young woman then removed the annoying vocoder, and handed it back to the man, with the comms he leant her earlier, before pushing the cloak's hood back, and freeing her lekkus from their confines with a satisfied sigh. Her lekkus twitched and curled happily on her chest, while she sauntered to her assigned room, to put her things away, and would start to take care of Rabbit's condition as soon as they had left the planet's orbit.

[Kyosuke Yamato]

Hyperspace, and elsewhere
aboard the Shinigami


It wouldn't be long before the Shinigami was back in the air, pulling out of Coruscant's atmosphere so that Shini could jump them all to hyperspace. They'd eventually return to the Outer Rim, where Kyo would make sure they'd avoid Hutt space...

Kyosuke would seek out one of his old contacts to have new records made for the Avian they liberated at the gang hideout. He'd also have it painted jet-black, though the dark blue and glittery purple would still poke through random spots to look like vast nebulae and tiny galaxies. A completely unintentional imperfection that Kyosuke decided to keep. Along with that there would be a few tweaks to the speeder's body to make it a bit more inconspicuous, and mostly so that it wouldn't match it's original description.

When they were done making the Avian theirs they'd go around and collect enough supplies to last them a few more months. Once they both had everything they needed, they'd then disappear, and sneak away to make a nest in the forest of Endor...
