He is of large stature and muscular in his 40s. He is normally wares his old Multi-cam Uniform Black Color T-Shirts Combat Jacket Combat Pants and Combat Boots. His uniform color Multi-cam have background colors of a tan to brown gradient with shades of lime green in between. The core of the Multi-cam pattern consist of a yellowish green gradient and blotches of dark brown and a light pink-like color spread throughout the design. Overall, this allows for the uniform's appearance to change from slight green to brown in different areas of the fabric.

The impressive aspect about the Multi-cam uniform is that it hides a figure by tricking the eye's perception of color. The Multi-cam uniform enables the wearer to blend in to the background environment solely utilizing an innovative camouflage pattern. He has a few distinguishing marks he has multiple scars one on his left wrist 4 inches long, right upper leg 6 inches and left side of his forehead 3 inches long.

is average he can crunch numbers quickly he dose most math in his head. His memory is remarkable he can look at something for a short time and latter describe it in detail
WISDOM: He is known for his correct judgments and decisions. He as gained through his experiences in life. His choice in pursuit of knowledge, communication and relationships. governs his life choices
CHARISMA: Tends to be cold at times when dealing with people and their problems. He is strait forward with people. It can seem that he is cold and none caring with dealing with others.

PERSONALITY:
As a Exploration Scout for hire. He has been at this game for a long time. The galaxy is a big place but He has to make a living. Some say he has no morals at all, just because he killed with out even a word. He lives by a strict code. He dose his job. When someone hires him, he keep up his side of the bargain no matter what it takes. Sometimes what it takes is not pretty but he is not squeamish, he would not be in this line of work if he was. The Empire hired him. he did the job. A good plaint got invaded he fulfilled his side of the deal. They put a bounty out on him so he could not tell anyone about the job. Usually he work for a thousand a day plus expenses. But this time, it is personal. He has got a contract. With the Insurgency for the duration. They pay him well for his skills and he will fulfill his contract. He dose not talk much. When he dose, he mean what he says. He is dangerous. he is dependable. He is smart. He dose not like being conned. If people play straight with him, he play straight with them. He can be hard to read, concealing his true thoughts and emotions behind the mask he thinks is most appealing to the other people. It’s very hard to find out what he is actually thinking or feeling. His talent for sensing trouble and fast thinking, an uncanny sense of calm has got him through varies hard situations so far in his career. His favorite pastimes are Martial Arts, Good Food and Collecting Ancient Weapons. His eye and hand coordination is exceptional and has a reputation being ambidextrous. His mental strength is extraordinary.

What he tells people about his job is solitude is his constant companion. Among some of the most deadly sentient beings in the galaxy, the Exploration Scout are an extremely elitist crowd. Many have bragged that it sometimes takes an entire team to do what a Exploration Scout can with one look. However, when Exploration Scout gets to the shower, he has done his job.

BIOGRAPHY:
After his parents retired from Diplomatic serves he left his Parents at 16 years old. With the extensive Education he had as a youth He attended academy military on Kashyyyk and became a Scout. Rowan Vane took every course he could get his hands on. He was lucky to have some of the best instructors in the school. He graduated with honers his first assignment was to a Scout Unit as a scout of a new Colony in Outer Rim systems. He now looked forward to his opportunities. His first assignment as an Scout was Outer Rim systems he made a reputation as a dedicated Scout. One rumor is that a scout party was exploring a planet the scientist were attack by some basic primitive beings. Rowan held them off for 30 minutes some times going hand to hand. until the security force arrived to help, none of the scientist were hurt. He got the opportunity to pick up some skills in ship repair when working around the scout ships.

He has been working for the The Karflo Corporation for years now the lonely life he has been leading has made him a bit cold when dealing with other people the fact a war was raging has not helped him. He has worked as a scout for the Old Republic and as a solder he has witness may tragedy's. Fighting for many Colones and watching them one by one fall and get destroyed. All of this has had a toll on his humanity. Rowan now kills with out a second thought about it. It was the Old Republic that give him his first real paying job going out and fined lost star systems and and try to get them to come back to the Old Republic. Now with the fall of the Old Republic he works any job he can get. He can only hope to fined some harmony in the storm of the new galaxy. He continued to build his reputation over the last 15 years and prove that he is the best. In this time he has only discovered 5 trading routs and two plants.

Now, five standard years after the fall of the Old Republic, With all of the action in the galaxy, one that could result as a well trained worrier he is 40 now and see it all. In the last five years he has been working on his ship the "The Red Wolf" Now with Independent Faction the Insurgency fighting the Sith he now runs supply's and other good to Teams as needed.

Rowen He had a wife she left him years ago. Eliz who at times will work as a school Teach for a privet school or wealthy family's or travel with him and be a care taker for the other children for wealthy family's. They have 2 kids, Mari who is 20, Glenn is 18, The kids travel with their mother when ever possible and stay with their grandparents when not traveling with their mother who are members of a Governance on a plant in the outer rim. Rowan has recently accepted a contract from a Independent Faction the Insurgency fighting the Sith helping move goods and conduct raids.

FORCE POWERS: NO

SKILLS:

He has been trained as a Exploration Scout. His blasters and slug throwers skills are at there prime. His skill in camouflage is one of the best and he moves almost making no sound. His eyes are trained to see things that most people miss if he is looking for it he will fine it. He has a advance knowledge of Planets and Travel Routes knowing most systems. Spending so much time in the wilderness has allowed him to build survival skills that allow him to survive for long periods of time in most climents and expert in camouflage. his skill at jury-rigging is remarkable. He has done Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) training. His his Echani Vibrio blade combat sills are above average and Marshall Arts is above average for his race. Free climbing or using equipment he can climbing to place to place is also no problem for him. He has built his pistol that he uses he has work as a gun and blaster weapon repair and ship repair and modification for years and is good at it. With all of his skills he an also has security systems knowledge. He has experience with first aide and done some and Droid Repair as well.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
He has a Talent for sensing trouble, an uncanny sense of calm. hates disobedience, disrespect and cowards. He has a habit of trying to beat them if not kill them. Tends to be cold at times when dealing with people and their problems. His eye and hand coordination is exceptional and has a reputation being ambidextrous.

GEAR:
Utility Belt In wild areas where it is important to bring survival gear, a utility belt will be handy. The utility belt contains compass, a small knife, a fire starting device, syntherope and nutritious compact food for two days.
Translator The translator is handy whenever you deal with aliens that either can not or will not speak basic.
Echani vibroblade it is a Blade of grate quality he carries it with him normally on his back.

Hold out Blaster Pistol (Standard) Accoutered in combat he was working for at the time. He carry's it regularly it has been modified with Aftermarket Features: Laser pointer, He has a shoulder holster for it or attaches it to his combat vest.

Hey! I'm just going to tag @Clayton so he can double check that tech, and specifically take a look at the camouflage gear that you mentioned in your character's appearance.

Hey there, I'm no character moderator, but I thought I'd just swing by and offer a few words of advice here.

For starters, just looking at your character's gear and equipment (in particular your MRJ Magnum), he seems to be a hold over from the Fifth Timeline. As that timeline ended over a year ago, we are now in an entirely new timeline set 1,000 prior to The Phantom Menace. So unfortunately, you will need to re-evaluate his entire kit and bring it up to code with the tech of our current era. Here's a link to the Tech Profiles Board so you can peruse about and find things you might like.

Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, I noticed under Constitution you have written that his physiology is "markedly hardened from that of humans", and that this allows him to "take more punishment than others.". Frankly, this sounds plainly overpowered as there is little evidence to suggest why he would have such markedly improved durability compared to either the average Human or Echani. I did notice that you label him as being a "genetically engineered" hybrid between Human and Echani, but this alone would hardly be justification enough for him to be physically superior to most others.

I would strongly recommend dropping any references to genetic engineering as it would be an incredibly uncommon and expensive procedure given our current timeline. Having him be a biological cross-breed between a Human and Echani would be fine, but he would not gain any boost to his physical fitness or durability as a result.

And last but not least, given that this is an entirely new timeline and you will undoubtedly need to rework this character from the ground up, I would recommend giving The Story a read to help get you caught up with our current timeline and events.

So, it might just be that you haven't taken care of it over the last two days, but...

Both the CCT armour (that you linked; Mando faction has a CCT Mk. II I believe which is allowable) and the Arbitrator P.A.K. are in the technology archives, having been retroactively de-approved due to changes in the tech rules a month ago. The MRJ Magnum is from last timeline and cannot be used, and none of those droids nor that ship you have currently exist, given that this timeline is set about a millenium before any of them show up.

Beyond that, while I can't say you are or aren't approved for your faction, it looks like a heck of a lot of tech for a character to be starting with, although considering he's 40 and most likely been active for a while...eh.

Also, those multi-spectrum goggles you have would need a tech profile to be approved, given that it seems they've got essentially three different vision modes with build in binoculars (which don't really exist even in the time of the movies, unless it's basically attached to the mask/helmet and it's a macrobinocular attachment that flips down, which we do see).

EDIT: Before I forget, the EE-3 Carbine doesn't exist yet either. That whole 1,000 years pre-TPM thing again, y'know.

we are 1000 years before the galactic civil war. we follow disney canon for the most part, so no we didn't make up our own universe although our factions do follow (somewhat) their own custom lore that has been created through the course of the timeline.

so ya everything is made up OK got it there is no real reference to this time line.

Ok! So now that this little misunderstanding has been cleared up, GALAF will now officially begin your character profile review ^_^

Before we start, I just want to make sure that @Mirdala Priest and the rest of the Mandalorians are aware of the situation. The below is for them, if you haven't already informed them of the situation.
RED-1 seems to have applied to the Mandalorian Dominion due to a misunderstanding of the nature of his character. He thought that, to have a Mandalorian, he had to join the Mandos, which is why he put the mando tag before his character and presumably posted on the Mando signup thread. At the same time, however, he also applied to GALAF.

In the end, judging by his new character tag, it looks like he's ultimately decided to go with GALAF, so we'll be starting our own profile review.

So now I'll be going through and picking out certain parts of your profiles that I think could use some work (probs won't be much from the swankiness of this profile) (:
Some say he has no morals at all.
A minor thing, but I simply want to know why. There is a reason for everything, but we won't know said reason until you explicitly tell us :)

Secondly, Rowan may be a Mandalorian, but since he isn't a part of the actual mandalorian faction, I somehow doubt that he'll be allowed to have a base on Mandalore (@Mirdala Priest can weigh in on this one), so you may or may not have to change a few parts of his bio that mention Mandalore.

Another part of the above would be the faction specific armor. Since you aren't a part of the Mandalorian dominion, you probably won't be allowed to have their unique gear unless they specifically allow you to. There's also a bit too much tech in general, especially for a character in an indie faction, even if he is forty.
I once had a 50+ yr old character in the Republic before it fell, and he had no where near as much gear as this guy, despite having longer to collect it.

I say you nix the speeder, as well as most of the mando gear, but that's just me.

That is correct. He would very likely not be able to have a base on Mandalore, and the faction specific tech will have to go. As a side note, it's the A140, not the A280, and the Nova-67 has been archived.

The tech compendium likely has not been updated to reflect the latest technology.
This is likely just because of the rapid amount of archives (*HERGM* @Clayton *COUGH*) that have been going through the the tech board due to the overhauled rules after the time-skip.

I was one of the people updating said compendium for a little while, so trust me when I say this: it's tough. The best thing you can do is leave a message on their board letting them know when you've found something that's been archived, so that they can remove it with the next update.

However, you can also mitigate the annoyance by checking which forum a weapon is in when you click on it in the tech compendium. If it's archived, it'll be in the archived forum, if it's approved, it will be in the approved forum.

Edit: It's okay @Clayton . I still <3 you. (as long as you don't archive any of my stuff >.>)
