Saeryl smirked at him, but didn't respond as the play was starting. She watched intently as the Twi'lek dancers came on stage, then as the two actors came on and play-acted their fated duel. She wondered who the love interest was, and if she'd be coming on stage or not. She looked over at Lane and smiled.

"It's good. Hard to say if it's a tragedy or a romance yet, though... It's got me in suspense!"

((Orly? lol))

"If I remember right, it's a tragedy. My memory's fuzzy though..." He replied. The two continued to duel and slash at each other until the girl finally came out. She was a pretty girl, a good representation of the woman portrayed in the legend. The two stopped dueling and began to try and convince her to come to either side. She was torn between them both, not able to decide which lover she'd rather have, and which one she was going to betray. In the end, she chose the dark brother. The Jedi who was turned down left the scene somberly. The two lovers ended the play with a passionate kiss, then the lights went dim. The crowd stood in thunderous applause.

"Did you like it?" Lane asked as they walked out of the theatre.

Saeryl nodded, a smile on her face. She had enjoyed it - it was a good story, and well acted.

"It was good, but I don't think I'd call it a tragedy. More a dark romance, since she went with the evil one. For a tragedy at least two of the three of them would have had to end up dead."

She nodded matter-of-factly, then smiled again.

"A good end to the day, I think. I am tired, it's been a long day. I'm sure you're tired as well, hey?"

"Got that right," he said, stretching his arms behind himself. His spine popped in a few places, but it wasn't anything bad. "You want me to walk you to your apartment?" He asked, looking over at her.

Saeryl nodded, smiling at him thankfully as she was pretty sure she'd get lost on her own. She walked with him through the long halls to he room - having to ask him for directions since she was coming from a direction she wasn't sure of. She didn't say much until they arrived at her door. She opened it, then turned to look at him thoughtfully. She glanced to the left and the right, seeing that there was noone else in the hall, then looked back to Lane.

"I've got a bottle hidden, if you'd like one last drink before bed?"

Lane let a half smile creep over his face. "And how could I turn a woman like you down?" He said softly. He walked into the room and let the door slowly slide shut behind him. That night would be his most memorable and best night in his whole life...
