The pain only increased as time passed, though he managed to point to the bag at his side where the large injector was. Taking in a deep breath he still wasn't too sure where the bullet had ended its spree of carnage. Looking down it seemed the worst it could've done was his kidney's or maybe liver if it had traveled that far.
