Strall hesitated, the notion of a possible raid on the compound causing him to tense. He looked from the waiting guards to the trio as he tried to find some way of getting out of this situation. The opposition held a powerful trump card, and Strall was unsure how to approach the situation. He couldn't hand out even a single Wookiee, his records now being so closely monitored, but he could not deny 'Calvin' his request lest he bring unwanted attention to the Kashyyyk outpost.
Strall bit his lip. "I..."
Suddenly, a low chuckle reached his ears. Strall spun around to find himself face-to-face with Ardricular Dagonet. He was stunned at first until he remembered that Dagonet knew nothing about what was going on. He straightened himself up as he regained his composure. "Boss! Excellent timing! I-"
His words were lost as Dagonet's empty smile seemed to seal his lips shut. Dagonet let out another chuckle as the guards suddenly turned their weapons on Strall. "Yorhan, how long do you think I've been here?" Standing beside him stood Zolitov, who seemed to be doing his best to avoid looking at Strall. Dagonet held his hand out and Zolitov placed a small vibroblade in his palm. "You know, Yorhan, next time you want to keep something a secret from me, don't let my own men know." Before Strall could react, Dagonet lunged forward and sent the vibroblade piercing through his chest. Dagonet relinquished his grip and Strall stumbled back. He fell to the floor and gasped for air as his lungs were filled with his own blood. Dagonet stepped forward and, grabbing Strall by the collar, pulled him up to eye level.
"I gave you a second chance, Strall, that's more than I've ever done for anyone else, and yet you threw it away!"
Grabbing the hilt of the vibroblade, Dagonet slowly pulled it out. Strall gave a violent cough as the blade was removed.
"I have no need for failures in my following."
With that he let go of Strall who, being so close to the edge of the wall, lost his footing and fell over the side, where his corpse fell in a heap on the forest floor.
The guards returned their attention to the trio as Dagonet faced them as well. He smiled "I'm terribly sorry about all this."
