It had been a difficult time for Varyn. He'd lost his father and nearly lost his way entirely. He'd lashed out in anger, helping to destroy insurgents on Dantooine. He'd managed to take mostly mundane jobs since then, but the anger and resentment over the people who had killed his father still lingered under the surface.
But the person that had been there to help him through had been Vahliri. Sith or not, she'd supported him. She'd been there to help him, and she'd never asked questions. Given their last meet up had sort of fallen apart, Varyn had dropped everything to meet up with her when he heard she was on Raxus Secondus.
There were some things he wanted to do and some things he wanted to say. He'd made his way to her hotel and headed up to knock on her door. He'd dressed in a button down shirt similar to last time, but this time he felt... different. At least within him, and he could only assume that was the results of everything that had happened to him.
He knocked on the door and took a step back, waiting and bouncing slightly on his heels as he looked up and down the hotel hallway.
