Ord Mantell.

It was just sitting in the galaxy, unclaimed by any other force of government, ripe for the taking. This was what Bel had been training for. But it was always easier said than done. The plan was to persuade a smaller community of Falleen to rebel against the ruling houses of the planet. According to the reading Bel did, most Falleen believed themselves to be superior by nature compared to other sentient creatures, so this wasn't going to be easy. However, Bel also learned a bit about their old senator and the back-alley deals he had been making in the underworld.

Of course, Phineas Hawthorne was dead, so what more damage could he do? Well, his decisions with the underworld led to the planet's undertaking of one of the Hutt's. Those days were violent and bloody, and if Bel could get at least a few stragglers that were willing to fight, then the rest of the plan could be set in motion. Bel had already begun thinking of back-up plans for his back-up plans incase things got dicey. Hopefully, plan A would work like it was supposed to and Bel wouldn't have to lose sleep over it.

Garbed in simple black and grey robes, the ISB Agent made his way down the roads of the small mountainous neighborhood. He was supposed to have a meeting with some sort of consul guy at one of the estates further up the mountain. But the Nightbrother must have taken a wrong turn somewhere because he swore he had passed the same statue at least four times.

"Damn it," He grumbled with a sigh. It was getting dark, too. "Maybe...If I...No that was...Hm, well that can't be right..." His NalPhone's data-map said he had to go down the neighborhood and go up a separate route, which all together would take him a half-hour. Another disdainful sigh escaped him. Bel's first mission on his own really wasn't looking too great.

"Yuh lost or somethin'?" A gravely voice sounded from a Falleen sitting on his front porch looking smug. "Nah, I know where I am." Bel shrugged. At least he wasn't lying, he just wasn't where he wanted to be. I've got to make up time if this is going to work...

Open to opposition or just normal interaction. PvE combat is all I have planned if things get weird.
