Jeeze guys get the hell off my back. And Jiang this is a bit ironic since I have seen you go into a dozen profiles just to state 24 hours before you lock it. Even if they weren't that far off.

That would be his job.

I know it is his job that only furthers my point of irony at him being the one to talk to me about... nvm just get back to the topic.

(We're telling you that you shouldn't be a backseat admin. No one's mocking you, except maybe that you nitpick everything you can. And possibly your need to get in the last word in every single debacle you have with another person on the site.)

Sorry for spamming your profile, Sankai. I was thinking of making a Talortai soon-ish myself, since they're such a potentially awesome species. I'm looking forward to seeing whatever you have in store for him. 120 lbs, however, is not a reasonable weight for a 6'3" individual with even slightly above average strength. Maybe around 180-190 lbs would be better, but as it is he's suffering from gross malnutrition. Also, considering your character's ageless trait, you might want to make him a bit older and more knowledgeable. It seems like a Talortai would be less likely to go out and explore the galaxy at age 50, when they're still almost a child. Maybe he could even be ~300 or so.

Also, on the subject of immortality, allow me to introduce you to the biologically immortal jellyfish.

Birds and reptiles both possess much lighter skeletons than humans. So 120 is probably more reasonable than you'd think. For instance, Bald Eagles are about 3" from head to toe but they only weigh about 10 lbs. Even a 6" Ostrich will only normally weigh about 150 lbs, and they don't even need a light frame for flight.

You're right, avian bones are hollow, but it's not mentioned on the Talortai page whether or not the avian features end at feathers and beaks. However, I'm pretty certain they can't fly, and this character is even taller than your 6" ostrich. But if the guy's going to have above average physical strength and hollow bones, his regenerative abilities may come in more handy than expected.

Yeah sorry for spamming your profile man. Apparently saying someone was missing 15 words on a requirement was backseat admin...ing >_> I hate being ganged up on by you people...

Also to have a perfect bmi at the height of 6'3" you would need 174 lbs. Considering in the muscle mass of slightly above average... up to 187 lbs. at a max. He is a humanoid after all. I really don't even think it matters at this point what his weight is.

Let's just not worry about it. I didn't want to generate great hubbub, but I'm glad my characters are interesting. I may take your advice, wordsworth. That will be edited later, however.
