Independent Sidan Ghost-Wampa

Sidan Ghost-Wampa was born on Hoth, a child of the Deucalian clans. Raised among the icy wastes, Sidan grew up tough like the rest of her clan. Sidan was a natural learner, and greedily absorbed whatever knowledge she could get her hands on. She learned from datachips the clan had looted and then cast aside when the raiders returned on the clan’s sole ship. She learned from the pirates and other freedom seeking individuals hidden away from the galaxy in a small freeport on Hoth. And she learned from the planet itself, the harsh and unforgiving tendencies of nature.

Sidan came of age and passed her trials. On her first raid, a blood spattered Sidan brought back three kills, as expected of her. Coming into adulthood within the Clan, Sidan looked at her future in the clan, the future of the Clan, and only saw bleakness there. Every year their numbers dwindled. Every gathering and moot, fewer clans showed face. And those clans that did show seemed weary, to the bone. She could only come to one conclusion. Her people were dying. The legacy of Deucalia was on the verge of being swept away by the unforgiving nature of time.
