If there's going to be a SM4, a new director is needed. The whole series has been getting progressively worse.

I've honestly heard nothing about it. Googling it, it seems to be going on the same track as every movie before it. This probably be saying something, though it looks like it was photoshopped together:What do you mean If, there is going to be one.

You have a link somewhere?Sam Raimi actually said just recently that if given the chance, he'd go back and do everything, as in every single shot, in the third movie differently.

I dont know who the director is, but the producer is Todd Black.
Black has produced great movies like 7 pounds, Pursuit of Happyness, and the weather man. Along with the new movie The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3, which looks really good, imo.
Who should be the villian in spider man 4?
Personally I think Morbius and Carnage could be a sweet combonation.
I would also like to see Rhino or Hydro have a cameo.
It's a bit encouraging to hear that Raimi acknowledges that his past movies had a lot of bad directing and stuff going on there, though it doesn't change his track record.I'd have to find it again. I saw it the other day. I'll see if I can pull it up now.

You can find that on many other websites as well if you use the right keywords.

As for villains, it needs to stick to a single villain or two very similar villains (ie. Venom and Carnage). Look at how 3 handled Sandman, Venom and the Fail Goblin (the Second Green Goblin).
Venom was not in Spider-Man 3, that was just some skinny twat who wondered onto the set in a CGI suit.
