Star Trek RP?

I was trawling the internet today, looking for Star Trek RP sites, and it struck me that there were no good ones i could find. I thought that maybe we could set one up here. It would be a bit difficult to organise, methinks. I feel DS9 or TNG timescale (they're pretty much the same) would be best. What do people think?

I was thinking of rping a unified battle group of all the species in order to "increase trust and understanding between the species."

Even better! then we could have about two or three ships per side, so about four to six in total.

I am Trip. This is going to be based off of the new relaunch novels, ie. starting with The Good That Men Do. That means the retarded series finale is not canon here and Trip did not die. Trip is also not Chief Engineer anymore, but rather is a spy inside the Romulan Empire. One of the reasons I'm also doing this is because I don't want to have to RP all the time.

I'll type up a history soon. You ALL have to do research on canon characters if you're playing on. If I see someone playing Reed who suddenly starts picking flowers or anything like that, I will kill them.
