Coruscant
In one of the many seedy spots in the planet of endless cities, the night was full of dark deals, secrets exchanged and made. But for this one night I had a target in mind. A Devaronian who was trying to sell what goods he had left, after I had seized most of it to a buyer in the city with endless number of abandoned buildings and dark corners. It required a lot of tracking, and investigating before I even knew the slippery man had escaped to this planet. Honestly I had to at least give him credit this was a place where one can get lost without even trying, so I am sure he planned on losing me and any other lawmen that was after him here. Sadly fate wasn't on his side since he pissed off his last girlfriend, who gladly told me where he was heading to.
It was a lucky break on my part that I knew wouldn't happen a second time, so this meeting that I learned from a rather disappointed seller that got out bid by whoever was buying from my target. So much for honor among thieves. Of course my information could be wrong and I was going to have a bunch of egg on my face when I break into a empty warehouse with not even a droid selling illegal music. I maneuver through the dark alleys and busy streets without a problem thanks to my armor. Even if my people are still considered as rare a sighting as Jedi our legacy and reputation is still well known. Which works for me just fine, I didn't want to get too close to half of these people anyway, not when half of my gear on me made me a considerable prize to jump. So when I started walking down the more empty streets and alleys where the smell of alcohol was strong and the smoke was thick I lucky got through without a knife in the back.
The meeting was in a hour and I had just gotten to a empty building next to the warehouse. It was a large structure with few entrances. Inside the place was a maze from what I heard, with large empty cargo boxes that might have a few dead bodies in them forgotten to time. The neighborhood was supposedly empty of people that called this place home. The best you could find was a old smelly man without a ID, and with starry eyes.
Getting to a level that was a floor above the warehouse, I pulled my rifle out able to see either side of the warehouse there was no way I could watch all four sides but if at least I could see someone walk in I would be sure of the meeting. It would probably take a little while, which will suck but I will just have to toughen up. The balcony I was at had a solid wall covering my lower half. Behind me the door to the empty apartment was open for a quick retreat. I doubt there was anyone behind me to worry about but I made sure ever few seconds to look behind me to ensure I wasn't about to get attacked from the rear.
