"Understood, Sea-Luh. Plotting course for - Coruscant." The sound of the engine and thrusters powering up rumbled through the lounge as Shini prepped the Shinigami for take off. In a few more moments there'd be a soft jerk across the ship as it slowly lifted and retracted it's landing gear. Then the ship would begin to move at a slightly faster speed than when they entered the Hollow, though Shini would keep in mind Seela's command and kept the ride from jostling around everyone onboard.

"E-emotion..." Kyo began slowly, gritting his teeth as half his body felt like it was burning and the other half started to feel like it was going numb. "...yet peace...." The young Knight was struggling to speak, struggling to keep his body from quivering. A slight chatter of his teeth made him come across as though he were freezing, but the burning heat of his forehead seemed to contradict the way he was feeling.

[Seela]

Gritting her teeth, Seela willed her light to shine more. She focused on Kyosuke, pushing her own light towards his with all her might. The brightness in her mind pretty much blinded her, and she had to fight the weird urge to flinch and recoil, instead pushing even more, willing her light to enter Kyosuke.

"Emotion, yet peace... next?"

Her pearlescent eyes seemed almost backlit in her intensity, all her body tense, her lekkus twitching with the effort, her breath becoming heavy. No matter the cost to her, she had to keep the man going until she could find him a damn medic! She owed him her freedom, and she was hell bent on repaying him!

The Shinigami continued to cruise through the long winding tunnels of the Hollow while Shini expertly maneuvered the craft without so much as scraping a single bit of the celestial object's rocky walls. With Seela's Light radiating from her the pair would be left alone by the Dark Side that lurked in the far room at the far end of the aft hallway. At least for now, it seemed.

"Ignorance..." Kyo mumbled slightly, nearly incoherent as his head slowly rocked from side to side. He would then begin to steady himself somewhat as the ebb and flow shifted against his body. The headache slightly subsided, and his dim blue eyes faintly opened less than half way, but he looked unfocused, like he was slipping and gradually losing consciousness. His muscles still trembled too, but at least it was far less than they had been now that he had the comfort of Seela and the glow of her Light to help ease his wary body. "...yet knowledge..."

[Seela]

"Ignorance is me, you've got knowledge... next?"

Seela continued to push, holding onto Kyosuke, keeping her eyes locked on his, hoping that she could keep the light up, but starting to see it would be hard. She braced herself, going in a more meditative state, diving headfirst into her light, doing her best to wrap it around Kyosuke's. If she had to go supernova to keep this up, she might just do it!

"Passion..." Kyo continued reciting the Jedi Code to distract his mind from the pain that burned the left side of his body. The right side had gone almost completely numb, his right arm, hand, leg and foot all went limp. "... yet serenity..." He was starting to calm his breathing, and started to have a bit more control over the way he was speaking.

A few moments later the Shinigami would begin to exit the Hollow, and tipped the bow up to begin flying up out of the asteroid belt.

"No idea what kinda poem irmt is, but there seems to be a lot of contradiction..."

Seela was sinking deep in herself, yet stayed hyper aware of the outside. She could feel the strain in her soul, but willed herself to hold on for longer. If she had survived that long as a slave, it certainly wasn't by giving up! Enduring pain was something she could call herself an expert at!

Hyperspace
onboard the Shinigami

As soon as the Shinigami cleared the asteroid belt the countless stars of the void would streak back across the ship's long narrow windows, and would then rip away as the group jumped into hyperspace. A distant and robotic cry could be heard from downstairs as Gremlin would call out curiously and worriedly to figure out what was going on...

"Chaos..." Dim blue eyes faded to pale grey, glazed gaze distant and sinking. Kyosuke's body weakly twitched and trembled as his muscles burned in new spots, spreading across his exposed chest to his right side. The numbing effect meanwhile swept to his left, mixing with the incineratoring muscles.

"...cuh --" Kyo stammered, struggling harder to speak as he felt himself slipping. He was writhing yet not really moving. The nerves would continue to fire off with pain while the Knight found himself nearly unable to function anymore. "...chaos..."

It was then that the young man caught a glimmer of a blinding light. The blue and white glow of hyperspace that blazed through the Shinigami's upper deck engulfed Seela like a swelling tidal wave. Kyo's pupils dilated while he watched the lavender Twi'lek that embraced him become a silhouette against a supernova. She'd managed to pull the Light around her, much more than earlier.

The fading Shadow could see that Seela radiated compassion and mercy. Her concentrated calmness was focused, as though she'd found some form of peace amidst her emotions. She was still ignorant to the ways of the Force, but displayed that she was already picking up knowledge of it as though she'd been subconsciously tapping into it her whole life. The passion she seemed to show towards him was strong, and he felt that she was on the cusp of serenity despite everything that they'd gone through together since the day before. Her Light brought harmony to his chaos.

"...harmony..." Kyo's entire body would then go numb, and slump into Seela's arms. His glazed pale grey eyes would remain open ever so sightly, but his gaze would only remain forward. The Shadow could only continue to stare up at Seela's beautiful aura that mixed with the light of hyperspace. He'd continue to sense everything around him, and wouldn't be able to budge a muscle or anything else as the pain would continue to relentlessly course through his barely breathing body.

"Chaos, yes, and what else? Karking spicing bantha!!! Stay with me!!!"

Seela was starting to feel the strain more and more now, but oddly, this only fueled her determination to hold on, no matter what. It was obvious by now, that she wasn't successful at healing Kyosuke, so she decided to try other things, hoping they might work. She distanced herself from her physical body, a technique perfected during her years since being sold on Nal Hutta, and started visualising a path, linking Kyosuke's light to hers, pushing her light to somehow fuel his own. Seela was shaking a bit, panting slightly, but not yet totally out of breath.

"Chaos and harmony? Dude, not sure if you're just saying random opposing words or reciting something at this point, but whatever! Emotion, yet peace. Ignorance, yet knowledge. Passion, yet serenity. Chaos, yet harmony. What's next? "

[Kyosuke Yamato]

Kyosuke's nearly blank eyes were unmoving. Every muscle he needed to speak would no longer obey him. He couldn't even manage to utter any kind of sound to let Seela know that he could still register her words. He couldn't let her know how grateful he was that she was helping to keep him hanging on, that he appreciated her staying by his side.

Gremlin would cry out again, slightly louder than before, but with the same inquisitive and concerned message of wanting to know what was going on.

"What's next? Hey! Stay with me! Hey! No! Don't even think about it! If you die, I'll kill you!"

Seela shook Kyosuke, in foolish hope, but she knew it was in vain, as the man was now unresponsive and limp in her arms. She knew she wouldn't be able to carry him to his bed, so she did her best to make him comfortable on the couch, using the blanket she was wearing to tuck him in, so she didn't have to leave his side.
All her body hurt, and felt weak, but she pushed to her feet to stumble to the top of the stairs, to call out to the little droid downstairs.

"Hey, bud... Your friend needs a medic, so we're headed to Coruscant right now... I think he might have been poisoned, but... I might need your help once there! I'm sorry... I-i tried to heal him, but... I failed..."

Seela dropped to the floor near Kyosuke's head, going back to calling to the light, just with a little less hope in her success. That man had offered her a chance at life, had freed her, healed her, taught her... And she failed him... She pleaded to the light, begged mentally for some sort of sign, or help, but a bigger part of her was busy berating herself and beating herself up.
