What'd you call me!? :CStern:
I can see how you could misinterpret that, but I was merely translating the word "Drow" which means "Dark Elf" in the Dungeons and Dragons and Forgotton Realms media.

Don't fall for his excuse and lies, Matt. You show his racist ass not to slander your people! :CStern:

I've seen some of the 501st guys do that. It was interesting, to say the least.

Cosplay you dress up as a character.
LARPing you dress up and pretend to be the character.

Big difference there.

To quote one of my friends...

"I would rather do this(LARP) any day, personally, than sit around a table for 4 hours, roll dice, and move my character 3 miles, fight 2 mobs, and open 1 treasure chest."

The man raises a point. Because getting outside and playing pretend is much better than sitting inside and playing pretend.

To which I promptly stated...

"Thank goodness for video games!"

"Thank goodness for video games!"

Amen to that.

I gotta say the 501st are some of the most dedicated fans ive seen at conventions and on youtube, but there not creepily deadicated just people who really love the franchise and have fun endorsing it.

Thank goodness for video games - on a rainy day or when you're just too damn lazy.
