Brothers and sisters of the Retrade,

__A unique and profitable situation has befallen our organisation. Our work throughout the years will bear some of the sweetest fruit as we aide our business affiliates in their push to the core. I know that some of us are less than pleased about this turn of events, but profit is profit. And opportunities like this rarely come twice, and as such I will not allow us to let it pass us by. The Lord of the Sith has granted us leave to
recalibrate several property deeds on Coruscant when they finally make their push for the Capitol.

I require a team, which will be led by Yuri Sharp, to make their way to Coruscant before the Sith Imperium arrives. Once the fighting begins, the team will make their way to the Planetary Records Office (PRO), and with the assistance of a slicer, amend the ownership of several key locations listed at the end of this message. Once the ownership has been amended, you will then change their status to liquidated, and transfer all funds into the organisation's bank details. Your team leader, Sharp, will have these details.

The team will consist of four members; Yuri Sharp as the team's leader, two other gunmen, and a slicer. Payment for the successful completion of this task will be as follows:
  • 250,000 for each Team Member

As mentioned previously, below is the list of properties that will need to be
re-assigned to our property folio.

Please forward any applications to this mission direct to me. Applicants will be chosen based on merit and applicable relevance to the mission.

Jack Tamblyn
Vice Executive

OOCly speaking, this is a -go-. You need to do this job quickly, transfer the money from these organisations, and gtfo as fast as possible. If there are any questions please PM either Gaja or myself. Cheerz.
Cuz i'm a sadistic bastard. I'll NPC against you on this. >=)

Today was the day.

Coruscant was going to burn, and the Ona'bak Retrade was getting paid its dues for making such a thing happen. Alarms had already begun blaring as a result of the attack on the shield generator, which was a key sign for the small team, led by Yuri Sharp, to gather their gear and prepare for their own little assault. The team was to assemble from their various places of hospice to converge on one particularly quaint back alley gambling club. The owner, of which, had conveniently been paid a healthy sum of money to close up and leave the key for the night.

Inside the club there was a hazy scent of cigarra's, alcohol, and other manners of fluids typical to a dive like this. As prearranged, all the gear required, or potentially wanted for the job at hand was delivered to this small gambling house, and placed under close guard by a dozen Retrade soldiers that weren't being used for the assault taking place in the neighbouring district. Crates of all shapes and sizes were set about the room containing nearly everything a gunslinger or slicer would dream of. Weapons ranging from Kushari LAWS to Mandalorian slug throwers to Chiss Charric Pistols and everything in between. Peripheral weapons like grenades, EMPs, det packs, det tape and under barrel attachments for their weapons including bayonets, laser targets, and launchers. For the slicer of the team, there was a box full of the latest military-grade field computing equipment from the Chiss Ascendancy. Essentially the room had been turned into a criminal's wet dream.

At the insistence of the Vice executive before he stepped for Yuri's promotion, the bar was also fully stocked with the best alcohol money could buy, along with several clean glasses -- as these things were not present in the bar at this stage. The morning was early, around 0500 hours, but as always;

There's crime to be done.

Theme

Inside the spacious room sat a man who was known within certain circles as the Prime Executive, Pres withing others and simply Yuri to everyone else. His body was clad in thick and reliable armor, the power armor that he acquired on Tatooine just before the Rakghoul plague broke out last year. SPAM-01 was the technical designation or the suit of armor if that mattered. With a soft tune playing in the background seeing Yuri like this wasn't that out of the ordinary, what was out of the ordinary was that he was smoking a cigarra. The smoke leaving the cigarra and his mouth created a very distinct image around the man who just a little while ago barely had a credit to his name, while his custom modified L.A.W.S. rifle was attached to the back of his armor.

And as he looked at the sight of Imperial Star-Destroyers approaching the man thought back to Nar Shaddaa and what happened back then. He thought about some of the times when he had to use his gun since then, about the Chiss he met, about the Retrade, Shyra and what had to be done here. Even though he was the boss right now, this particular job he couldn't and wouldn't sit out. This needed to be done right, so the man assembled a crack shot team for it. First up the slicer, Eve, who was a member of the Reapers. With all the equipment here doing this shouldn't be a problem, but just in case there was also Maxx, the man Yuri faced in the Grand Tournament. A skilled gunslinger and trusted member of the Retrade. Shyra was also available just in case, though Yuri figured she was busy blowing up half of Coruscant at this moment.

There was also another man, a newcomer so to say, but not quite new. One that Yuri placed a remarkable amount of trust in. MOSAIC was also here if anything needed to be done by an expert assassin droid as was Krix who would be keeping this place safe along with the other Retrade soldiers. As the thoughts come and went Yuri figured that it was time to do this, the 'green' light came in several minutes ago and by now everyone was either ready or getting left behind. So turning around the imposing heavyweight had a serious and almost emotionless look on his face. "You guys ready?" It was a simple enough question. One that required an equally simple answer, most of all a positive one. Once everyone showed their hands it would be time to leave.

Eve got up from the seat she had occupied for some time now and deftly picked up the equipment that was lying on the table in front of her. While she liked to use her own equipment for most jobs, the toys that Yuri's boys had laid out for her was pretty impressive, impressive enough to convince her to pick some of them up. It had not taken her too long to familiarize herself with the new tech, and she wasn't even trading her old gear in, this was just some backup. After all in jobs such as these it was always nice to have some redundancies.

"Ready when you are my friend." Picking up the small bag full of her gear, she slung it across her shoulder and moved to the bar, taking a quick shot before heading out, nothing like a swing of Corellian ale to clear your head.

Standing up from the corner he say in, Maxx didn't take any of the weapons provided by the Retrade, preferring his own pistols. His two Renegade heavy blaster pistols were the only weapon he needed. Walking over to where everyone else sitting, he said "Ready to go.".

His pistols were in their holster and he was wearing the clothing he usually wore. He looked at the others of this team. The leader of the team, Yuri. That man Maxx fought in the Grand Tournament. The slicer, Eve, Maxx had never met but had heard that she was one of the best slicers. The gunslinger had with him plenty of ammo for his pistols just in case.

Looking at the two individuals before him Yuri offered a short nod. "Alright then. Let's move out." Turning around the Prime Executive looked at his Trandoshan friend and nodded. They'd be back soon, or not at all. Either way this job was gonna get done. MOSAIC didn't require any further instruction, tactical cover fire and support was his mission, which he'd provide from a previously established location, that wasn't this bar. An Aratech sniper rifle would be his weapon of choice, though he wouldn't leave before the team left.

Walking outside Yuri extinguished his cigarra on the cold duracrete ground as the morning sun shinned over Coruscant, the problem however was that it was blood red. It would be a red morning for the planet indeed as the invaders came and the war came to the capital of the Alliance. This was not good, though then again for those people who prayed that the war would finally end the day was close... The team moved down several dark alleys before the Planetary Records Office, or PRO, was revealed to them. Putting on the helmet of his power armor a brief snapping sound almost signaled that it was Go time. "We're in position."

Telling MOSAIC, who was by now in position as well and aiming, Yuri revealed the fearsome LAWS rifle with an under-barrel, rocket launcher, attachment whose clip was filled with armor piercing rounds. Clearly there would be some security involved here, maybe even Alliance soldiers but even then the Prime Executive wasn't worried. He planned for every, at least he liked to think so, possible scenario...

The planetary records office itself was an oddly understated building. Little more than a seven story complex with an undercover rooftop. Due to the masses of fighting taking place all over the planet's surface, the bulk of the security force stationed here had abandoned their post in favour of doing their duty to defend the planet from the invaders. Naturally, they thought this was doing the responsible, honourable thing.

Naturally, this was precisely why the operation had been planned this way.

The inside of the building itself was not that dissimilar from a Bank that Yuri had once made a notable withdrawal from on Mygeeto; largely open planned with a scarce set of offices and secure passageways running around the periphery. While it was useful to know all of this, the biggest concern was the security system. At the first sign of a break in, the PRO's elevators and bulkhead doors all sealed in place, both trapping occupants inside, and refusing to allow them a chance to move any further. This would, no doubt, cause problems as the records server was located on the fifth floor, down a bottlenecked corridor which was lined with two security ready-rooms; each housing a four man squad of security personnel who had opted to remain behind.

This wasn't, however, the only security remaining in the building. There was eight other guards, your typical rent-a-cop style security officer, patrolling the seven levels, two of them sharing the responsibility of the fourth floor. The last issue, of course, was that the staircases had an automated electrical failsale, which for all intents and purposes, sent three hundred thousand volts coursing through the stairway. As a last precaution, every entrance and exit from one level to another had a laser guided friend or foe targeting system that operated on facial recognition profiles on each of the bank's personnel.

The building itself sat snug against two other buildings, albeit the floors were slightly staggered between them, on one side an apartment block, and on the other a low-slung diner, only bringing itself up to the second floor of the PRO. The front doors were a security revolving door that, since the Battle had begun, was locked in place using highly powerful magnets. The windows lining the shopfront - all transparisteel and not particularly likely to give way to something as weak as small, under barrel rocket launchers.

But then again, all this was taken into consideration when planning the operation. Money to be made, crime to be done.
What could go wrong?

Eve had pulled out and donned an old-fashioned and slightly large pair of sunglasses that was in reality a fully functional and cleverly disguised heads-up display, connected to a personal computer that was safely tucked away in one of the numerous pockets of her jacket. An ear piece in her right ear completed was also part of the same set up and through it all she would be able to not only monitor the local security channels for any alarms, but also bring up a detailed layout of the building they were about to break into and view feeds from holocams they had placed around the building and a few of their own that they had managed to add as preparation for this opp.

"All right, so it seems like they did what you expected of them Yuri. I'm not picking up any movement outside the building and from looking back at how many vehicles and men have left over the past few hours I'd say there must somewhere between five to ten men left in there. But breaking into their system without leaving behind a trace will not be easy, so its better to still be cautious and try not to trip any alarms. The more time we have the better."

Maxx double checked his pistols before reholstering them. Maxx was ready. Though he hoped the job would be more exciting than just slicing into the building. "Don't be fooled by the number of men. Those guards can be a challenge if they have the right leader. We would have to be careful when engaging them. Any clue on their weapons?"

Maxx liked to know what weapons to expect so as not to be caught unawares. The gunslinger may only use pistols, but he was still a dangerous man. He was also fairly accurate, an asset the Retrade used.

"Their weapons won't be a problem. Them alarming everyone in the building will. It's bound to happen however, sooner or later. So keep that in mind." Killing every singe person in that building did cross his mind, but Yuri was not that of man. He'd rather just do what he came here to do and leave, without leaving a pile of bodies behind, though it someone aimed their guns at him, he'd no doubt return the favor. And he had some big guns with him.

"We're going in from the second floor." The walk over to the dinner's roof wasn't a long one by any means, the early hour also helped. Most sane people were either tired and sleepy or sleeping at this hour. And if by any chance they left a window open? Looking across the roof Yuri smiled under his helmet. "Would you look at that? Someone left the window open." His suits flight system activated and the massive armored individual took flight and less than a minute later gently landed inside the PRO, a grappling hook was launched seconds later to allow Even and Maxx to climb over should they not have their own jetpacks in order to fly.

Using their com-system Yuri addressed both of them, and even though he was in another building both would hear him like he was right next to them. "Clear, come on over." With his rifle attached to the back of his suit Yuri armed his wrist launcher, stun darts in place, for when they came across the silly guard who was patrolling this floor. Hopefully they would be able to make their way to the fifth floor without much hassle. But just in case Yuri left a pack of explosives in front of the building, from where they previously scouted it out, just in case the guards needed their attention diverted. Once everyone was inside it was time for some stealthy sneaking around and making their way up...

Eve would adjust her bag before using the line to climb up and join Yuri in the building. Not waiting to see if Maxx had joined them she quickly extracted two pieces of equipment from her bag. One was a small clip attached to a small transmitter while the other was a small piece of detonite. Quickly making her way to the other end of the room she stopped next to the door that opened out to the corridor outside. Opening up the security pad next to the pad, left deactivated right now just by the same coincidence that had left the window open for them, she began to fishing around until she found what she was looking for and proceeded to connect the clip to the data cable flowing behind the walls. She would then apply the detonite blob onto it, an efficient way to get rid of the transmitter once they were done.

Moving back to Yuri she would pull out a datapad and type in a series of commands, her feeeting involuntarily tapping as she circumvented the first layer of the PRO's security system. "OK, we have eyes, visuals should be coming up right about now." At her command a set of camera feeds would spring up on her HUD and inside Yuri's suit. With the building's camera feeds available to them, it would be whole lot harder for anyone to surprise them.

Maxx quickly followed Eve to the building. He kept his pistols holstered. Maxx looked around unimpressed. He watched Eve attach a chip to the security pad. Though it enabled then to see what the cameras saw, Maxx wasn't in a suit like Yuri and Eve so he couldn't see what they saw.

"Let's get this over with."

Time would pass, one minute inevitably ended and another began. And with each second the Retrade team moved closer to their destination. It wasn't exciting in the traditional sense, no blaster bolts were shot of, there was no yelling. There was simple silence. Silence that was not to be broken unless they were discovered. Staying undetected was particularly difficult for one member of the team, its leader, Yuri. Having the giant power armor adorn his body was usually a good thing but right this moment it made sneaking around quite difficult.

On the other hand when the one thing they didn't want happened and the team was discovered, and fired upon, Yuri was quite glad to have the thick metal protect him as a slug graced his shoulder. Returning fire it was only downhill from there as the entire team was pinned down by a team of security guards. Luckily Eve had already done some slicing to prevent the alarm that was activated from going outside the building, at least that's what Yuri hoped she did. And as the three of them stood behind a wall the Prime Executive ordered his fellow Retrade members to hang tight, as they were showered by more slugs and blaster bolts.

"Come on... come on... Come on... We don't have much time..." But what was he waiting on... Only time would tell if his little plan would come to fruition or if he made a massive miscalculation...

"Blast!!" His voice laced with a hint of over dramatization of his current predicament. He had successfully entered the PRO, albeit due to no help of the Retrade itself. The apartment building, fit snug next to his target, had been rented out and abandoned for nearly a week prior to the attack of Yuri Sharp and his team. Anderson's issue with his tactical liquid cable, not leaving him with the least bit concern other than the fact that if he wanted to use it again, he would have had to simply find another way. The cable itself becoming stuck in the duracrete of the apartment building.

"Well there goes that opportunity." He said to himself as if he would have needed the cable later on. Upholstering a nice sized blaster pistol from the inside of his tux, Anderson gripped it with two hands as he carefully continued on from the room he had just broken into. He noticed that a commotion was brewing, though still would not leave it up to chance. However, one would not get that if they'd been watching him. Anderson was nonchalant, walking in and out of rooms as if he'd known the layout the entire time. Nothing a sliced console couldnt give up, which he managed to fall upon through his initial breach.

"Hmmm, now where did Yuri want me at...."

"Hey, who are you?" He was interrupted by a voice of a guard who seemed to be in a hurry to get to the front. Anderson reacted quickly to the surprise of the guards presence, turning to his left and cracking a shot from his double grip that left a mouth shaped hole in the mans head.

"Woah...never interrupt a man when he's in conflicting though with himself...pshh." He scoffed at the dead body that lay not a meter from him in a hall. "Ahh yes. My dear Yuri, you would be attacking from the front now wouldnt you?" He now remembered the part of his plan. Agent would let Yuri, and the rest of the Retrade members be held down for a bit longer. This building had been appraised of being a criminals dream armory of sorts. He hoped he would stumble upon this dream cashload, at least before Yuri and the others were put in any serious, hostage type, danger.

Peeking through rooms down the hall, he presumed most of the guards to be attacking the main entrance. Though how wrong he'd be. He didnt know they had an expert slicer capable of diffusing the alarm system. Anderson was fortunate enough to stroll through the hallways undetected, still many of the guards pinning down his comrades at the entrance. Anderson didnt find it hard to come upon the large and sealed blast door that screamed out it's contents by its mere appearance.

Equipped with his trusty Anti-security blade, which was set to it's highest frequency, Anderson activated it towards the door. Although the blastdoor seemed to unlock with little problem, he was sure that his Shadow Caster had been properly destroyed in the process.

"Karking instruments breaking my instruments!" He said to himself as he slipped through to find the payload of weaponry and devices the Retrade had been looking for. "Ahh, they wont mind me borrowing this for a second." He said as he picked up a Kushari LAW, the mammoth weapon nearly the size of himself.

Able to find his way to his marked position, a place he probably should have already been. He could see the entrance and the scene before him. If he didnt already know what was going on, he would think the Coruscant invasion had already happened. But no, this was just a small battle to which with the Retrade will sweep away with their profits.

The glass window meant nothing to the bulky missile-like ammo that launched from the LAW, intending on ceasing the fire directed at Yuri, and killing a bunch of their attackers.

"Ahh, this thing is quite lovely."

And just like that whatever forces gathered to try and pin down Yuri and his team were swept away with a giant explosion. Under his helmet Yuri smirked for a second, he knew exactly what had happened, even if Eve and Maxx did not. If they succeeded here the future sure seemed bright for the muscular man that was Yuri and men like Agent Anderson as the Ona'bak Retrade wouldn't be the the only employer that sought men with their talents. In time another might entity would take the galactic stage and take the two men under its powerful dark wings.

But as he pushed forward towards their goal Yuri couldn't afford to think about that, he had to wrap this up. And as Maxx shot a few more security guards the Prime Executive of the Onabak Retrade thought that Anderson indeed came through for them, good man. He was turning out to be a trust worthy individual indeed.

From here on out it wasn't about firepower anymore, as there were maybe two security guards left in the building, actually maybe one as Anderson just shot the other one a minute ago. And so with that the Retrade team had a clear path to their destination where Eve would do here thing, or if she wasn't able to Yuri would simply upload his slicing program and do it himself though he'd prefer not to do this himself as he wasn't sure that his slicing programs should be the one doing this...

Regardless minutes later the team of four was outside the building, the second Retrade mission completed successfully as Yuri called it in. They were done here... both Shyra and Yuri had done their jobs and with one look up in to the sky Yuri saw the fleets mobiliye as in the distance Sith warships arrived... The Battle of Coruscant was upon them...

Turning around the man had no interest in risking his life here, he simply turned around and went back to the base to get ready to leave this wretched planet... Their business here was concluded.
