the order i mean isnt the definition of justice or law its more of the control side.

So yeah if i said i was the god of law and order then by all means bring me down but im the goddamn god of Order and CONTROL. where do you see law? and i specifically saw nexus posting: Justice and Law. well my order power isnt either of those 2 my order power is more like keeping emotions in check aswell not causing anarchy's or rebellions get the picture? im more of a god of control/domination but in a none bad side.

One: Courtesy ftw. I don't know if it was meant to come across like this, but it sounded very sarcastic and attacking of Nexus' claim, and that's not going to get you anywhere.

It says that Nexus is god of the Sun on the first page because...well, I forgot to change it. :whistle:
So that's my bad.

Law doesn't just mean the legal stuff. We're talking the entire...for lack of a better term order of the universe. Nexus is probably one of the most pwoerful gods (though IC he wouldn't know be aware of this, I would think) because he can change the very laws of the universe. Of course, this works only to a certain extent - there will be a point where Father Time steps in, says 'no' and Nexus' char goes pop when his will rebounds on him.

For example, changing the laws of the universe so his creations are immortal would resulting Father Time stepping in, and it would be akin to commanding a fellow god to die - Nexus would cease to exist in exchange for the keeping of the previous laws of the universe. But at the same time, that works for everyone. Overstep your authority and there will be consequences.

At the same time, Nexus' God is also in charge of law on the more basic sense, the laws of civilisation, laws of matrimony, as well as the 'unspoken' laws, such as proper behavior, what is considered greater than what, and so on.


I think it's safer just to assume Nexus has power over 'order', and it's not really much of a domain anyway, considering how chaotic this place is going to get. B'sides, would you rather have a domain of your own, or would you have to defer to people to see whether you doing every little thing is within your power? This is why I prefer people to have clear-cut and completely different domains. Basically it results in less paperwork for me.

As for control? Well, I'd also advise against that, and I'd rather you didn't use it, because it's not like you would have any control over anythng but wild animals and humans, because created races are immune to most influence from other gods unless that reigning god allows them to be influenced. It's a weak domain, and you'd probably be better off with something else.










On another note, i'm going to add a new element to this universe: Demi-Gods. For situations where your own godly character is not suitable or otherwise unable to enter situations (ie Enishi's god sleeps most of the time, so would be bloody boring to RP), you will now be able to have a Demi-God character. In most situations, Demi-Gods will replace main gods as your divine communication with the lesser beings as they do their own things or even withdraw from the world. In other situaitons, it may just be useful to have a character that doesn't have the ability to destroy everything and everyone with one thought.

Quisi - I'm not sure how i'd set up colonies yet, i'll get back to you on that. Probably just a miniature logo though.

How much more in-depth?

Well, I can give the general info about "All Things Spooky".

It isn't fear itself, but it is instead the things we think of that are generally, well, spooky. Think about the time around Halloween. Spooky things. Like haunted houses, and ravens, and ghosts...

My god is what makes people perceive those as spooky. And the whole twilight thing is about the supernatural, since around twilight, everything becomes mysterious and out of proportion almost. It's when spooky things happen. Shadows come to life, scarecrows walk around, maniacs appear in people's back yards, etc...
