NOIR CAT SUIT

Using her mother's wealth and her father's old connections, Felicia Harlow assembled a suit in secret, custom made and constructed to suit her needs, intent on amassing a fortune in stolen items. The armor itself is made of armorplast, with an armorweave underlay. The suit's coloration is almost entirely black in order to blend in with her surroundings, its weight light in order to provide maximum maneuverability, speed, and agility.

LEGALITY

Most definitely illegal, considering it was constructed and used in the pursuit of wealth through illegal means.

INTENT

To provide Felicia Harlow with a suit that would help protect her from damage and conceal her identity.

RESTRICTIONS
This is Felicia Harlow's personal armor.

Type and Coverage

Type: Light/Medium/Heavy Armor

Coverage: (Coverage regions for Light armor is 1-3 regions, Medium is 4-5, Heavy is 6-7)
  • Torso: The entirety of Felicia's torso is covered with black armorplast, with an armorweave underlay
  • Back: The entirety of Felicia's back is covered with black armorplast, with an armorweave underlay

Functions

Function 1: Computer Spike
  • Computer spikes are used to forcibly decrypt or unlock computer terminals. Most civilian systems can be cracked in one posting round, while most military or hardened systems take two or more.
Function 2: Armorweave Underlay
  • Most often in the form of a heavy cape, skirt, or underlay beneath armor, armor weave provides some protection against the penetrating effects of shrapnel from explosives and other unpowered high velocity impacts, with only a small amount of bleed through damage (bruising or very minor wounds). It offers no protection against kinetic impact or energy, vibroweapons, or similar "powered" weapons. Having more than one accessory (example: Cape + underweave) provides no additional effect.
Function 3: Vision Modes
  • Built into her goggles, this Allows her goggles HUD to cycle to thermal vision modes.
