Felicia Harlow was born on the planet of Coruscant during the era of the Force Eternal, the daughter of a wealthy Coruscanti socialite and a once notorious thief, now nothing more than a bygone conman. Julia Harlow made sure of that, sparing no expense in the preservation of her family's reputation after her husband was caught and incarcerated for his crimes. Julia distanced herself from her husband after that, the gossip mongers mercifully forgetting the name of Wallace Harlow as they moved on to the next captivating scandal to grip Coruscant. Julia, too, moved on, but not Felicia.
Not a day went by that her thoughts did not drift to her father, to the tales of his greatest capers and to the Matukai training he had passed on to her. Daily she trained, focusing her mind on the lessons he had shared, resolute in her decision to free her father and to share in the same thrill of the chase that he had once experienced. One day father and daughter would be reunited, and iron bars would never separate them again.
Using her mother's wealth and some of her father's old connections, Felicia constructed a suit, custom made to suit her needs, intent on amassing a fortune in stolen items and credits for she and her father to live comfortably on. Felica struck out on her own, using the skills she had harnessed over the years to steal wherever she could, picking up freelance work from anyone willing to pay her handsomely. No one knows her secret, not even her mother, who is always surprised with her daughter's ability to "pay her own way."
Under the cover of darkness, the Noir Cat was born.
