With a whipping flash The Sakor dropped out of hyperspace and entered orbit over Korriban. The magnificent blood colored orb glistened against an unending ocean of stars. The scotched world appeared hot and cold all at once. Hot like the desert ravaged by the sun and solar winds, but cold with a sort of endless sorrow of a place that had seen so much pain and war that it would never truly end. It truly lived up to its reputation even at the distance it was being viewed at.

On the bridge, Lieutenant Venthis Habrak admired the purity of the world before him. It was so close he could almost touch it, but he was cautious enough not to let the pride of such a moment get the better of him. Korriban had a reputation for those that would serve the Sith. It was the holy temple world by which many of them learned their dark power and place in the galaxy. For those that were not of such status, it was a place where one could meet a swift end if they stepped out of line.

Venthis did not tread lines. He moved with the rigidity of a proper officer, capable and without vice. He would not tempted amongst tests by his peers, not chastised by subordinates, not here. Here he would prove his worth as he already had.

The Sakor came to low orbit and transmitted proper clearances for both orbital and planetary docking. The reasoning behind this was simple.

Venthis Habrak did not know why he was there. He did not know whether he was to land on the planet or to dock at an orbital station. He had been given orders to come to Korriban and await further instruction. He did not balk at this instruction. While many Officers would sneer at being pulled back to the rear when worlds were being conquered, Venthis took everything as a chance experience to better himself.

"Lieutenant Habrak, aboard the Sakor, reporting as ordered."

The all call was simple and to the point. He did not know if he was to simply receive a transmission, a VIP passenger, or disembark for reassignment. Whatever the case he was ready and willing.
