The Warden

[Keinushi]

"Yeah," Hov smiled, pulling a vibro-dagger from her boot. "We're more willing to slit your throat when you push things too far."

With that she crossed to a couch and pulled out her datapad and began to read.

 

[Syn]

Misha gave a smirking frown as she raised an eyebrow and Knight spoke looking at HOv. "My prospect is quite lively but she is correct your over stepping." Knight stood up and walked over to Hov as she spoke in a whisper. "I am going to go and sleep are you going to be alright alone with her?"

 

[Keinushi]

"I." Hov looked up from reading to look at Knight. "Have a knife." And with that she returned to reading her datapad, drawing her knife and flipping it expertly through her fingers.

 

[Syn]

Knight looked at Hov and grinned as she spoke more with a laugh. "Well then have fun with her." Knight left the room and went towards the bunk to catch come sleep.

 

[Keinushi]

Hov nodded, returning to hear reading, knife still flipping expertly between fingers, only pausing to use her finger to click to the next page on the pad.

 

[Syn]

Misha looked over and Hov and spoke. "The Margrave seems fond of you Hov, could it be she is breaking her training and making a friend?"

 

[Keinushi]

"Knights do not have friends, we have superiors." Hov continued reading her datapad.

 

[Syn]

Misha looked at Hov and laughed. "Oh we can have friends, we can it just gets complicated and when bad things happen it is good to have them to lean on for support."

 

[Keinushi]

Hov looked up at the older knight. "We are Imperial Knights. We do not have friends."

With that she turned from the warden and continued reading, knife twirling in her hand.

 

[Syn]

Misha looked at little hurt and sat where she was. her neck adornment still on while she smiled. "Oh little one, so jaded it is a shame but no matter. My return will I suppose help but based on how the knights seem to be I think we may have more trouble down the line."

 

[Keinushi]

Hov ignored her and kept reading.
