Trouble on the Border

Peace and harmony make for good bedfellows, and they also make for ripe conditions in which the Cartel can fester. Just on the Hutt border can be found a trio of systems dominated by the planets Ubrikkia, Chalacta and Kewenn. Since the collapse of the Free World's Alliance, they have grown complacent. The Hutts are keen to expand their profit portfolio even further, and these worlds can be added to the fold, at least in part, if only they could get their grubby hands on the critical resources of these planets and take control.

Mission One: Kashing in on Kwenn.
The Hutts have long had an influence on Kwenn, and only in recent history has it abated. Kwenns space station, creatively named 'Kwenn Space Station' dominated the trade here, employing the bulk of the population. It is currently owned by the Banking Clan and being controlled by a foreign government is grating for some - all we need to do is whip this rage up, allowing protest and disorder to ferment ahead of the next round of planetary elections. Partnering with slicers, you are to stage a set of hacks which will expose corrupt officials (real or not) taking bribes from offworlders to enable them to profit from the trade inflows through Kwenn, more directly and publish this to the holonet. The resulting scandal will ensure candidates we own, win the election, and Kwenn becomes ours.

Mission Two: Unrest on Ubrikia
A popular Ubrikkian Union leader, Hanax Haldreen, is one of the most vocal members of the Union of Ubrikkian Workers, carrying the support of many of the spaceports industrial workers. It will hardly be a match made in heaven if the Hutts expand their influence over the shipyards through their puppet Senator, Dimon Fee Simm. Simply put, he must be removed from the picture, kill him, and make it look like a robbery gone wrong. With him out of the way, we can operate more brazenly, and ensure Ubrikkia falls into our snare.

Mission Three: Open Disorder on Chalacta
'Worker Day' is one of the largest gatherings of Chalacta each year. An annual celebration of the 'Chalactan Workers' it sees a large parade take place through the capital. The Hutts have bribed a local radical group to disrupt the protest, as they do each year, with demands for collective ownership of the planet's key industrial sectors and mines, but we are going further this year. You will head to the planet the day before the parade and ensure weapons are placed into the hands of the radical 'Chalactan Workers Cllective', so their demands tomorrow pack a little more punch, and the parade turns into a riot. Whilst it will not succeed, confidence will be shaken, and the planet will have little choice but to call on the support of the local Hutt crime lord to restore order.

I'll rework this pack to focus on another world.
