Mira sat in the sunny park. Her eyes wandered pleasantly over the lush vegetation of Naboo. Pedestrians milled about, enjoying the warmth of the day. The park was a very open, public place. It was perfect and she enjoyed a spot in the middle of it all. Soon, she feared, little moments of pleasantness like this would be hard to come by.

Mira waited for the pursuers that would surely appear soon. A leaf twirled in between her fine fingers, but her wide brown eyes never stopped searching. A strange resolve was evident in those round eyes.

Naboo. A beautiful planet, with beautiful inhabitants and beautiful cities. It was a sunny day, and there was a slight gently wind. It was calming and everything seemed so quiet, so peaceful. People were walking through the streets, going to their jobs or houses, or other places. Some were going into a cantina, and a few into one specific cantina. A cantina in which a tall, slender, red eyed, handsome guy, was drinking some ale. He had only just arrived on Naboo, in search for a girl. Mira was her name.

"No!" Tyro shouted. "I don't want the bloody slave!"

A fat short rodian male, with a big moustache, was trying to sell a twi'lek slave to him. He wondered why he did that on Naboo, in a cantina, and he even wondered if it was legal on this planet. The slavegirl looked at him, frightened.

"Cheap, sir! Very cheap!" The fat rodian said.

Tyro was getting a little aggravated and got up from his chair. His bright red eyes were focused on the rodian, and Tyro pointed his finger at the short guy.

"Just get the hell outta here!" Tyro shouted. And then he turned and walked out. He looked up to the sky and thought: Oh God... Why me? He shook his head and walked through the street.

This time, he did not wear his trademark red longcoat. Also his snowwhite hair was hidden under a black beanie. He wore a black leather jacket, a brown shirt under the jack, blue pants and black shoes. His magnum was visible and tucked into a holster on his right hip, attached to his belt, and he had a knife in a sheath, also on his belt.

As he walked through the street, some girls smiled at him. He smiled back, and quickly walked on. He reached a nice park and figured it would be good to go in there and chill out. Being as aggravated as he was at the moment wouldn't do any good.

Tyro walked through the park and sat down on a wooden bench. He stared in front of him and soon he was daydreaming, and not paying attention to what happened around him. He felt so peaceful at that moment, so calm. The sun gently stroking his skin, the wind gently blowing. He felt relieved.

Mira tilted to one side. The weight of her weapons shifted across her back and thighs. Had her eyes betrayed her? She thought she had seen a familiar man. He sat across from her, far away on another bench. His name was barely on her lips when her thoughts were inturrupted by another man.

This new one appeared human and he sat down right next to her. He was too close, and he smelled strange. "It would seem," his words were low and too close to her ear, "that you are giving yourself up now?"

Mira's hand was already on the knife at the inside of her thigh.
"Who are you people?" Her voice was cold and maybe if she had been more tactful she could have gotten more information out of the man.

Instead, he just started laughing. "There isn't a big fluffy tiger to protect you now." He laughed again. "There's nothing you can do. Just come with me little girl." He looked down at her thigh, "nothing you can do here especially. Just stop resisting." His hand went to grab her arm and that is when her knife flashed and she was jumping away. He was screaming and holding his hand. Profanity spewed from his mouth and then he went to chase her.

Mira ran. This was as close to a plan as she had.

"Just what the **** is going on over there?" Tyro mumbled.

He noticed that a female was running and some guy was chasing her. When he looked better, he practically jumped off the bench. He knew that girl a little too well. She was the reason that he was on Naboo. He was not sure if she had seen him yet, but he figured he'd help her.

"Hey you!" Tyro shouted and he started to run.

When he was close enough he jumped onto the man and punched his face. He grabbed his magnum and smacked with the handle of the gun against the forehead of the man, and then twirled the gun and he grabbed the handle. He put the barrel against the man's forehead and he whispered: "Seriously, I don't want to get my clothes dirty 'n covered by your useless brains. So why don't you just get the hell outta here and leave her alone, we got a deal?"

"Tyro," Mira practically breathed, "I need him."

Everyone was watching now, stunned, but they wouldn't be for long.

Mira grabbed the man's arm and pulled,
"Let's go."

This isn't how she had wanted to see Tyro again. But she thought she would never see him at all, so she was glad even for this. Still, Mira wished she wasn't trying to drag a barely conscious man out of sight in a very suspicious manner. She wished instead she was hugging Tyro, something new she had learned.

Tyro looked at Mira and shrugged.

"Alright, your call princess." He said and he let go of the man. Regret was almost overwhelming and he looked at his magnum. He had almost pulled the trigger once again. The trigger which he had pulled over a million times. He couldn't take the killing, but sometimes he just did it without thinking.

He tucked the magnum back into the holster and walked alongside Mira.

"Sorry..." He said. "...I'm so damn sorry. For everything... I know now is not the time to apologize, but..."

Tyro stopped talking and was silent for the next moments to come. He just kept on walking and ignored the bystanders, staring at them.

As Mira dragged her new captive along, she looked over at Tyro. "Sorry?" She blinked then looked away. Tyro confused her. She had to focus on the place they were going, to the edge of town, toward the forest.

Soon they were walking amongst the wild trees. Everything here was bigger and more tangled than the vegetation of the park. This is where Mira would have led the captive into a trap, but that wasn't necessary now that Tyro was here. She pushed the captive to the ground, a man much larger than herself, and began to tie him up with vines. The man merely cried. With Tyro there, everything seemed easier.

"Who are you people," she asked again.

He didn't seem to hear her through his crying.

Tyro kneeled down before the man and said: "Seems like you're not the tough guy you act like, old boy."

Tyro shook his head and continued: "Answer her questions. And stop moaning. You see, you're a bad guy and you're supposed to be brave. Just like me. I'm a bad guy too, and I am brave when they interrogate me."

He grabbed the collar of the man with both his hands and said: "So answer, you ****!"

Tyro let go of the man and stepped back. He crossed his arms and looked at the man. He hated the man and he hated the entire organisation that was after both him and Mira.

"Who are you people?" Mira asked the man for a third time while kicking him in the ribs with her boot. Her round brown eyes held no emotion for the sniveling man. "Who do you work for? Why do you want me?"

"I don't know why they would want you," he looked at her in a disgusted sort of way, "But I work for a woman named Gyn Nadia. I'm just a bounty hunter and even she works for someone else I'm sure."

"You're a bounty hunter?" Mira's eyes flicked to Tyro for a second before looking back down at the pathetic man. She cocked her head. "You're a bad bounty hunter."

He spit in her face. She wiped it away.
"Where is Gyn Nadia?"

"Is this chick serious?" He said laughing.

Tyro raised an eyebrow when the bounty hunter spit in Mira's face. Then he stepped forward and said: "Right, I'll take it from here."

He stepped towards the bounty hunter again and suddenly punched the guy in his face. Hard. Very hard. His nose began bleeding and Tyro shouted: "You tell me where f#$k she is!"

He grabbed his knife and twirled it in his hand.

"Look, we need to know." Tyro said. "So you'd better tell us now if you value your balls, old boy."

The words he spoke and the knife he twirled in his hand suggested that he would stab the knife in the place where it would hurt the most if the bounty hunter didn't speak up.

"Three seconds. One... Two..."

"Anroo Palace! The hotel in town! I'm supposed to bring Alam there!" The man was cringing away. "Please for the creator's sake leave my balls alone!"

Mira wanted to laugh happily but she didn't. Instead she leaned over Tyro's shoulder and peered at the pathetic man.
"Why do you people call me Renya Alam?"

"Maybe because you are Renya Alam?"

"Hm." And then she unholstered her slugthrower and put it to the pathetic man's head. "We should kill him now."

"Just a second, Mira." Tyro said. "You, dude. How do we know you're not lying? You might be just one of those filthy liars? But then again, if you are really lying, and Nadia isn't there, we'll probably run into another bounty hunter soon enough to find out where she really is."

Tyro turned to Mira and said to her: "And you are not going to kill the poor bastard."

He looked back to the man and continued: "But I will."

He tucked his knife away and grabbed his magnum. In a second he pulled the trigger and a bullet was unleashed. In another second the man was dead and now a dead body was tied against a tree. Not a pretty sight. Tyro put the magnum away and then looked at Mira.

"Sorry. Just... Keep it clean, ok? Try not to kill as many people. It's..." Tyro stopped and sighed.

He looked into her eyes and about a second later he looked away. He turned around and said: "Please, Mira. Please follow me further up ahead. I'd like to talk to you first, but not near a dead body."

Slowly he began to move further into the woods.

Mira nodded, not sure why he had said she wouldn't kill. She would. Holstering her weapon, she followed him beneath the trees. "Thank you Tyro," she waved her hand back in the direction of the dead bounty hunter.

"It's alright... I think..." Tyro said. "...Mira?"

He took a step closer and took both her hands and looked at her.

"I've been looking for you since I last saw you on Coruscant. I've done something terrible along the way and I've felt miserable because of that. I drank a shitload of alcohol and I got really drunk, and I was totally wasted. Then I ran into some guys, killed them as well... I did a lot of bad things while I was searching for you. Now we are about to kill again, a bounty huntress if I'm correct. I'm not sure if I can do it anymore, Mira..."

He sighed.

"Where is Dalang?"

Frowning, Mira was looking up at Tyro. "Tyro doesn't do bad things. Tyro just does things." And then she pulled her hands out of his only to wrap them around him in a hug. She had been wanting to hug him for a while now. Now that she had learned from Dalang what a hug was and how it could make you feel better.

Mira hugged Tyro tightly and buried her face in his chest. It felt good to give hugs too. Then she pulled away.

"Dalang is gone." She shrugged. She would find him again when she was done with her mission. "I am going to find these people who follow me and make them stop. And then everything will be ok."

Tyro held Mira close to him and closed his eyes for a while. He could feel the tears in his eyes, but he did not want to start crying now. He was not a pathetic child, he was a fearsome killer for God's sake! But actually, that was his problem. Being a fearsome killer.

"No Mira..." He said and he opened his eyes again. "...It won't be ok just like that."

He pulled away and looked at her. She was so pretty, and she looked so innocent, yet she wasn't. She had killed, sinned. And all this was Tyro's fault. If he had not taken her on that mission to kill that officer, if he had not hired her, then she would not have this whole organisation after her.

"I'm sorry for putting you in danger. It's my fault they're after you." He said.

Mira cocked her head and pouted. "No." Her voice was small but firm. "Tyro is the reason I'm ok." Mira nodded at her own statement. "There is no fault." She looked up at him, wondering what happened to the fearsome man she had met. He had seemed so secure before, but now... something seemed wrong. Was it these people who chased her?

Suddenly her hand went to grip his arm tightly.
"It is ok." Mira's small voice was very serious. "I will fix everything. Don't worry. I will protect Tyro."

Tyro smiled faintly. "You're sweet, Mira." Too sweet to die, so please stay alive...

He sighed again. He remembered when he first met her. Everything was still different, he was different. He had changed along the way, most people who knew Tyro wouldn't believe it, but it was true. Most people would have laughed at him, maybe even made fun of it. How come a dangerous thug like Tyro turned into such a pathetic piece of crap?

"Thank you... At least there's one of us confident here."

Mira licked her lip, wondering what he meant by sweet. Then she shook her head and began to pull him by the arm, leading the way out of the forest. "I will go to Anroo Palace. Where will Tyro go?" She felt like she had asked him this question often.

"Anroo palace." Tyro answered. "I won't just leave you like that. I'm involved in this and they've even chased me. I killed a lot of those guys on my way to Naboo."

He remembered all the fellows he had brutally slain. He was aggravated by each single bounty hunter that was after him, and he unleashed his anger on them. Some he cut up, some he brutally beheaded with his big sword and some he gunned down, and when they were on the floor, wounded, he kept pulling the trigger until he was out of bullets. It was crazy and bloody.

"But, Mira." He said while he followed her. "Do you... Do you honestly think that when we kill her, this all's over?"
