BIOGRAPHY

Vero Beren was born in the gutters of Talinn District of Taris, birthed in the wrecked hull of a long-stripped apart freighter. He was blind from birth, a defect of the toxic white-yellow slog that filled his new home's atmosphere. His mother passed during childbirth, and it was probably that mixed with his lack of vision that sparked the universe into giving this new born boy a connection powers many would not believe in. Most did not know it when he was young, and they just thought he had good luck and hearing when it was found he was able to not bump into things with a decent degree of accuracy.

Vero's luck would turn for the worse when his father died in the collapse of one of the many ruins that littered the landscape. The poor kid was only six when this event occurred, and it took anyone two days to even find him in the old starship his now former family called 'home'. He more or less had to moved out onto the streets to support himself, at first he wasn't very skilled and just panhandled like any bum but as he practiced and practiced Vero noticed he had a knack for finding those who would be easy pickings let alone the big fish who would give generously.

This slowly turned into Vero discovering what all he could do. At first it was simple palming, being able to pick ones pocket with no notice, but after a bit of that the young boy found out he was able to very quickly guess what being looked like with ease, then when they were born too! Vero didn't know exactly how he did it. He saw them, without seeing them. The world was black, yet he saw vauge red-ish brown shadows of people. If he concentrated hard enough he could pick details out like hair color, eye color, skin color, gender, and even some minor details about their birthdates. He also found out he could perform physical feats other people would congratulate him on even if he didn't think it was special. Physical feets of acrobatics and slight of hand that many could not compare. How odd.

Vero Beren is a man who has begun to realize he has a natural gift. Despite all the personal loss and tragedies that have happened in his life Vero is a determined young boy who has a strong will, a determination to always make it out ahead, and no qualms in using others to his advantage. He has two faces; one face being that of a poor helpless little boy who can't do anything due to an imparement, another who seems to constantly be planning and scheming on how he can turn a situation to make it best for him.
