BIOGRAPHY

Born to minor nobility on the jungle world of Onderon, Vyktas was raised to expect much from those who surrounded and served them. It was far from a silver-spoon upbringing, however; his father served within the military, as all Cabaal did, and brought such military discipline into the home. Strict adherence was demanded at all times and any transgression, even at a young age, was punished swiftly.

Vyktas' force sensitivity was detected at the height of Sith power within the galaxy, his untrained ability attracting their eyes long before any other. His father willingly allowed him to be taken, believing that any other choice would detract from his upbringing and weaken the family line. He was taken to Korriban, and drilled in the ways of the Dark Side thoroughly. While once he may have held disdain for his father, the strict militaristic style of his youth allowed him to thrive within the ancient halls.

It was his strict adoption of the creed that first piqued the interest of the Inquisitorius, though Jaster would be unaware of the attention paid to him while he rose through the ranks of his fellow Acolytes, his stark and clear view of the galaxy allowing him to make decisions that few others seemed able to stomach. It was at this point he was approached, and taken within their ranks.

His climb continued, training and serving alongside the select few of the Acolyte-Inquisitors that served within House Korriban as he took to his new path with dogged determination and unwavering loyalty. He was returned to the training halls where he was used to hunt for those who lacked the conviction that was demanded of all, hiding among the newest of their number and ensuring that any who showed signs of disloyalty were removed. It was this continued effort to weed out any dissent that saw him rise to the rank of Inquisitor, under the Venatores discipline.
