Welcome to the wonderful surface of Coruscant. Where the sky if filled with flying traffic, and the underworld filled with brutal criminals. Former home of the Jedi Council of old. Before the days of the Empire. These days it's deep within the core worlds and under both Republic and FWA control. A perfect place to run your mafia. Lucifer Starck had found himself leading his mafia through the streams of the galaxy. Staying hidden in Coruscant no one will find out he is a Sith. Plus today he had a meeting scheduled with a member of the Syndicates. Could be a good way to get in with the Families of Crime in the galaxy.

"Maurian, bring the champagne we have a guest on the way. Please don't pop the top yet, I would like to let them do the honors. This family needs friends like the Syndicates you understand?"

Lucifer was speaking to his right hand man. Maurian had been his friend since the two were kids, so him bringing him into the family was an easy decision. Lucifer had also been sporting a fashionable suit for this meeting, as well as the rest of the family. All the way down to the bottom men. If this family was going to succeed at anything tonight it would be looking like men of business. Lucifer also hoped his Luxury Yacht 3000 makes it back in good condition. Otherwise space uber would be what is left as an option for the visitor.

"You boys got the credits ready? Them blammo's are going to be worth it. Each one ya will have a gun to call your own."

"Yes boss, we got em. Got em all."

"Good now please do take a seat we'll be waiting just a little longer."

Pellios was a simple Devaronian in a complex galaxy. The man wouldn't change a thing about it and all its chaotic madness and wonder. But that didn't mean he had to like all of it. One aspect the scoundrel seldom cared for were the highly populated planets with dense groups. However the promise of a first class reception and also the credits being paid were worth the inconvenience.

"It won't matter if they roll out the red carpet...I'm not going to bring a bloody unlicensed gunship to the Sector Ranger's doorstep..." He muttered to himself as he stroked his salt and pepper hair that was mostly salt and only getting whiter by the day. He figured this mafia boss was going to want something discreet for a metropolitan area anyways. Though having blasters meant for a warzone in a civilian one would definitely give the group of gangsters a leg up in the local turf. That's even if they plan on using them here. This wasn't his first rodeo and wouldn't allw himself to be seduced just by some nice amenities. That wouldn't stop him from enjoying and appreciating a few of them though.

The innocuous Chuckle-Wagon made its way through the skylanes of Coruscant. In its hold were hidden among some crates labelled as datapads and other communication devices for resale. There were a few long guns and even a few choice pieces that would qualify as 'artillery' by some civilized worlds. But if it was mostly small arms then there was a few options that Pellios had brought. Given the invitation, there was likely going to be good business between this Coruscant Mafia element and the Syndicates.

"Bringin' up the holo." he said to Jann, his one and only member of the crew. The Devaronian didn't consider his HK-64 droid a member. More like a cold flying guard dog. The connection would ring to Lucifer Starck and his associates to let them know they were approaching. His own attire was a three piece suit with a long flowing jacket that almost went down to the back of his knees. "This is Pellios on the Chuckle-Wagon. I've come with the pop-rocks for Mister Starck."

As he was waiting, the half blood Chiss would look to his boys and motion for one of them to answer the call from the incoming transmission. Appearing on the holo would be a Devaronian. Definitely the guy that was bringing the big bambams. The man that answered him would be a human in the group and would start speaking to the Devaronian.

"Yea bring her back, Boss wants our boys to take a look before we bring em up. Make it quick he ain't got all day now."

Then he would end the transmission whether the Devaronian was speaking or not. Lucifer looked over and said,

"If you would be so kind to go down with the others and bring him up to me that'd be great. I wanna speak to him before business gets done. Find out what I can about the Crime Families. Thank you Tohnii."

Tohnii would nod as he grabbed a couple guys and walked out of the room. Lucifer on the other hand continued to lounge in his chair, while getting ready to eat some dinner. He always makes sure his boys eat before he does. After all, a leader has to provide. That's exactly what he's doing. Providing.

"...mmmhm." he murmured back to the underling that answered. The ship would eventually come to the landing zone in front of the building Lucifer owned. As expected there were some of his gangsters ready to meet him and his ship upon arrival.

The back of the CCM light freighter would open up and the ramp to the cargo hold would extend. The crates containing the parts of the weapons were offloaded. Attending to the cargo, Pellios was equiped with his sheathed vibrosword but left his heavy rifle behind. The arms dealer fully expected to perhaps have his weapons checked.

Assembled and after maybe a decent clean, the contents of the containers would make RSKF-44 heavy sidearms in one and blackwell original model BM-548s in the other. Military grade small arms were the main order of the day though the man could get others if need be. There were a few specialty items that could always be his trump card for a sales pitch. The Devaronian wouldn't stop the handling of the merchandise from being examined by one of the guards before closing it and allowing him to head up.

"Lead the way." He said with a bow of his horned head to the supposed guide, Thonii. It seemed that they hadn't taken away his weaponry. That was fine though. It was a deal and it would seem one sided to take the weapons away from the one selling them. He was glad that Lucifer trusted Pellios enough to not be that self-sabotaging of an individual. The turbo-lift would ding and he would eventually find himself closer to his meeting with the local mob boss. This was the first in-person meeting he was having with the man. Pellios was considering this a first impression.

While Tohnii had the boys with him inspect the cargo he would just watch the Devaronian to be sure he wouldn't cause any problems. Everything happened to be going smoothly as of right now. After a little while of checking the cargo the boys stepped away from the boxes and would address Tohnii.

"Yea everything checks out Tohnii. They definitely brought the good stuff, boss will be happy."

"Alright good let's go you horny bastard."

Tohnii would laugh in his New Yorkian accent, as he walked to the elevator. Once everyone was in he would press the button for the floor Lucifer was waiting on for them. After a short but awkwardly silent ride through the elevator, the group arrived. Tohnii lead the group through the halls with security in each one. Eventually reaching the boss's office. With a pattern, much like a code, Tohnii knocked on the door. A few seconds go by before a guard opens the door.

"Hey Tohnii, hope them blammies are worth it, remember last time the stuff wasn't good?"

"Yea big guy I remember. This time it's the good stuff, trust me."

The door guard would open it fully and Let Tohnii lead the way into the office. There they would meet Lucifer, Lucifer Starck. This man was fairly known by those into the crime business, though not popular. Yet. This was step one to getting where he needed to be. So for the first step, Lucifer would greet the Devaronian that entered his office.

"Hello there, My name is Lucifer. You must be Pellios? It is good to finally meet you."

The Mafia's boss man would stand from his chair and walk around his desk to stick out a hand to the Devaronian to shake hands. If the half Chiss didn't show any respect to this man the deal would go roughly and probably make for enemies in the Crime Families of the Five Syndicates. After the shake of hands he would smile and then go back to his seat as he would say,

"Please take a seat, let's get down to business yea?"

The Devaronian was not one to jump at social interactions with the underlings of the person he was actually here to do business with. Pellios entered the office with a bit of earned swagger from his years. He was used to having a vibrosword on his hip the past few decades and it showed a little. "Good afternoon." He said eloquently and added a nod of his head to Lucifer. "I hope it's good." He added a cheeky smile before takin the offered hand.

Pellios gave a look around the room, assessing the buyer. Lucifer had a setup on Corucsant but that was also a high risk area. It was dangerous enough to do what he had for this deal. It was time to see if the man at the desk valued his services. "You may want to give them a thorough cleaning. Factory oils and the conditions in which they were smuggled for a bit...yeah. Just make sure your boys clean the parts before assembling them."

The smuggler dealt in more than just weapons. But that was the gig and it paid. This wasn't the first time and the smuggling captain doubted it would be the last. Return customers were appreciated in any industry though. So far Pellios had been the only one to deliver on the deal, literally.

"Of course. Tohnii make sure they get to it will ya?"

"Yea boss you got it."

Lucifer let the man walk off as he took a couple guys down to see the product. But before Tohnii left he handed Lucifer a data pad that had pictures of the equipment. The boys had done a good job of making sure Lucifer was in the loop. After looking over his product the half blood Chiss would look to the Devaronian and smile,

"This is quite the stuff you bring here. Glad you were able to make it without any trouble. So, how much are we looking at here?"

The mob boss would lean back in his seat as he looked the man Pellios in the eye waiting for some sort of answer.

Pellios was glad that Lucifer was at least somewhat meticulous. He wasn't sure if the man was entirely Pantoran or maybe something else but he had the business mindset. It was better to have a reasonable associate rather than a sloppy one. Those were the kind he tended to take advantage of.

"Are you asking hardware or are you asking how much you are supposed to be paying me?" He would let a pause hang in the air to see if Lucifer would answer. A slight smile betraying the fact that the Devaronian was only half joking. He had been in the game awhile and maybe a bit of his pride made him ask the question. All the same he would answer. "Twenty rifles..." He listed off the inventory again that the half-chiss would find. "...and thirty two pistols, comes to about hundred and fifty...credits will do fine." It was a decent sized order and had been taken from a risky target not to mention the delivery location for a first time buyer. In prime condition they had been smuggled to the inner systems past what most would even consider trying to traffic through.

"I am simply asking what you charge.. credits, work, information. All good things to be used but knowing how smugglers operate, they tend to accept credits."

Lucifer would nod to a guard who would bring a case over and place it on the desk in front of the Half Blood Chiss and the Devaronian talking business. The credits inside were greater than the price stated, so of course Lucifer had opened it and began counting by the the stacks and slid them over to the Devaronian. Then he would smile and nod,

"It is a pleasure to do business with you, now if you don't mind showing these boys here to to properly assemble the weapon. That would be greatly appreciated."

Turning away from the horned man and looking out the window, Lucifer had continued to say,

"But of course if you are too busy you can leave at any time. You won't be kept any longer than need be."

Pellios sat and waited patiently. Things were going swimmingly. There was not even any last minute haggling which was always good. But seeing the amount of credits Lucifer had, it seemed the blue-skinned man was turning out to back up every part of his word. It also meant the Devaronian was going to have one less thing to worry about. A client that was at risk of not paying was a sign of his own desparation as a smuggler. So far he was doing well enough to be picky enough with his clients.

He gave a nod despite the turned back of Lucifer towards the end and replied. He didn't mind giving them some assistance with the assembly. "Certainly. Also, if you're interested..." He let a pause hang in the air to see if he had the half-chiss's attention. "...I do have a few other items onboard that may be worth taking a look at. If you have credits burning a whole in that brief case or just want to save me a trip." Some people were somewhat strict in their business. Anything 'extra' rewarding was usually also extra risky. The scoundrel had already made it to the inner rim and was going to offload the surplus with one of his black market buyers in the area if Lucifer wasn't going to take them.

More? Well now he has Lucifer's attention. The offer might be worth what's left of the brief case. Definitely want to go ahead and take advantage of that offer. But what kind of stuff is he offering?

"More you say? Go ahead with your proposal. Might have to take you up on that."

Lucifer did turn back around to face the Devaronian and maintain eye contact. The smuggler may be worth seeing around more often. Keep him around often enough, then make your way into the 5S and take them for the Sith. Could be the start of something great for himself.

"Maurian bring some champagne this man is clearly a divine guest."

Pellios had to make sure to not upsell himself too much. Sometimes he found it easy to convince people. Maybe he just had a trusting charm about him but at other times the Devaronian was wise to not be able to back up his word. However the expectations would hopefuly be met when Lucifer got a look at what else Pellios had on the Chuckle-Wagon.

"First, I don't have as much quantity for these. Like, one or two each. I can help with the instillation of some groundsweepers. Those things are light laser cannons one second and light repeating blasters the next." That was the first item on the list.

"Speaking of repeaters...." He contiuned "There's a couple of FWMB-10 medium repeaters. Those'll put a grin on your boy's face." He smiled even thinking about when he got to test fire them. They were fun but highly illegal. He only had four of those and hoped Lucifer would buy all of them if he was interested.

"I bought a R-799, a micro missile pistol really. It has special made rounds. I don't have much in the way of ammunition but I can see about getting you a supply in a week or so."

"Last but not least. I have a crate of stun gas grenades and a..."
He thought about it for a second. Pellios only had a single spare tank to refuel the flame projector he was going to mention. "...I've also got a flame projector if you think you might want something like that." His eyebrow cocked to show his own curiosity.

"Interesting.."

Lucifer looked over to the guys listening and getting excited like dogs. It was quite amusing.

"Give em the gas grenades, and the FWMB-10's. They will love that. As for the flame projector... I personally would like that. I assume there fuel as well or should I be scouring the streets of Coruscant?"

The half Chiss looked at the horny man and then gave a cocked eyebrow of his own. Curiosity went both ways.

Giving a nod with his red-hued horns, Pellios would begin to conduct the transfer of the grenades and the light repeaters. The ship captain would elaborate a bit on the flame projector. "It's a practically brand spanking new blackwelll model 3KF. Torched some sand to glass for fun on Tatooine but I made sure you won't find any grit."

"It's not the fuel that's the issue. You can get that just about anywhere. It's the containers. They're unique to the projector and I only have a single spare with it for now. You'll only have about twenty bursts before you'll need a trip back to your refueling depot. But probably buying a few more of those won't be too pricey nor is it illegal to own and you might luck out. Just the projector is what will land you in trouble if you're caught without a permit."
Some bounty hunters, AMS containment units or mercenary outfits had their own munitions processing and including chemical refueling and the like. But Pellios wasn't such a man and his sources were not convenient enough for him to offer up to Lucifer on. He dealt in the purchasing, selling and movement of goods. That just meant he didn't have it yet, usually.

Nodding along with the explanation from the horny devil, Lucifer was growing more and more intrigued by the flame projector. Definitely seemed worth while. Sliding the brief case to Pellios, the half blood Chiss would look over to his guys and make sure they grabbed all that was purchased.

"Alright then, Pellios. May I escort you to your ship? I do believe our business conducted was quite.. pleasant for the both of us. Westvin, open all the door on our way out."

"You got it boss."

Lucifer nodded to the door as he began to walk his way out.

"Thank you for conducting business today."

Pellios was not sure what Lucifer meant by 'open all the doors' though he suspected it was code for 'relax security' or something along those lines. "Certainly." He answered and gave a nod of his curved horned brow all the same. With payment provided, the scoundrel would leave the half-blood chiss's office and head back to the corellian light freighter.

With some direction Pellios would make sure that the goods requested were offloaded. The ones that needed assembly were built with an example shown some instruction as well. Some conversation a bit here and there with the boys of Starck's outfit was had but the business would come to a timely end. It was a good deal. The first of many he hoped.

@Scoobert I think we can end the thread here
