With Actavion being tortured by Zeffy, Aranmir was finally able to hit the cultist with his lightsaber. While the blade didn’t have the intended effect of cutting the man in the waist, it was enough to deliver a fatal blow by cutting him through the elbow. The weapon has moved directly through the lungs, silencing the guy before he could voice his pain.
Aranmir smiled triumphantly, while he watched the two halves of Actavion fall to the floor. Finally the cultist was dead, something that the Tiefling was starting to think that was impossible to do. Immediately after the cultist had his last breath, the Padawan felt that the room became less oppressive.
He was still smiling when the lightsaber that Actavion was using stopped near his foot. The Tiefling crouched and picked it. With the entire fight happening, the Padawan had forgotten the feelings that were coming from the weapon. Holding the weapon tight in his hands, Aranmir decided to bring it with him.
“Hmm?” Aranmir asked, while turning to look at Leon. The Tiefling frowned at the shirt that was being offered to him, but then noticed the state of his clothes. The fire of the charhounds not only burned his shirt, but also destroyed part of his pants. At least his underwear had survived.
“Shit!” the Padawan screamed in embarrassment, before wrapping the shirt around his waist. “Thanks.” he said, before turning to look at the others. “Is everyone fine?”
