DESCRIPTION​

The Z-27 Syndicate-Class Corvette was designed by nogori shipwright and arms maker Yolen Volzak, on commission from Grace Zann of the Zann Consortium. This corvette was created to look somewhat similar to older hutt ships, in an attempt to appeal to the hutt cartel's tastes. The vessel's schematic was created to appeal to Nor'baal the Hutt specifically, so the Zann Consortium could sell them the plans.

The outer hull of the corvette is made from thick durasteel plates, leaving the inside of the vessel with few view ports. Those operating gunnery equipment are quite capable of seeing enemy swarms, but most passengers won't see or hear the fighting.

The corvette is a heavily armored ship built for combat against enemy starfighters and freighters. The possesses a large armament of various laser cannons and concussion missiles. Though none of these ships have entered production yet, both the Zann Consortium and the Hutt Cartel have access to these plans.

LEGALITY​

Restricted. Z-27 Syndicate-class corvettes are classified as capital minivans under Galactic law, and possess heavy weapons. As such, civilian owners will require extra licensing to operate one legally, and will receive increased scrutiny by authorities.

INTENT​

The Z-27 Syndicate-class corvette is a reskin of the Raider-class corvette, as a way to give the ship a Five Syndicate aesthetic.

RESTRICTIONS​

Syndicate-class corvettes are capital ships with powerful weapons, and capital ships cannot be owned or operated by individual characters. They can be acquired as a faction asset, or can be jointly owned by at least 3 player characters who work together regularly.
