Sorry to double post, but so you notice:

I have posted up, in the rules, how the warning system for Disqualification works. Bear in mind, although I shall try to keep working on that basis, some cases may involve skipping one, if not both warnings.

I do stress, if your opponent (or anyone else) is breaking the rules, PM me and I shall review it. (of course, if it is clearly accidental, it will be less harsh than if it is deliberate).

You don't need an extra weapon to be even.

Not the first. Once they've made the first, though, the 48 hour rule comes into play.

Considering that Freyr has no melee weapons and Osman is moderately good at Soresu means I could just defend the whole time and do nothing. But if I start using something I am not good at it levels the playing feild.

It's not the prettiest side of the game to be honest, and it's unfortunate, but it happens. Masq, I hope you can properly fight in the next tournament, but if this is unavoidable then it's just that.
