You may need to explain this one to me: why should you be able to use tech from a year and a half ago, when almost every Mandalmotors ship has had to be resubmitted for approval? I'm seriously asking here. Why are you still using old tech here when everything else - and pretty much everyone else - has had to get their tech from that manufacturer re-approved?

I mean, up until the point Clayton said the Haranov was OP, those where in use still. Not to mention these have been on several re-approved writeups since then.

The pods themselves were never resubmitted though.

Again, Mandalorian tech was still used until something was deemed overpowered and had to be resubmitted as an altered version.

I can't speak for Clayton, but it could be those were allowed with the assumption that you'd submit them for approval.

Well, the Shukala Mk.II was approved seven months ago, the pods have been used in numerous threads since then, and no mention has been made of them being banned from use. And, again, the Haranov was used until it was considered OP without a resubmit.

They where also added onto two recently submitted Mandalorian ships, which where archived in the tech board closing.

Yeah, I didn't realize I needed to resubmit those as well, and nobody brought it up. I don't think that makes it okay to use though.

To be fair, in Return from the Edge of Space I can just edit out the use of those assault pods, they were mostly thematic.
