Lylieth, having cooled down from her fury before, found a new flame as Idar was impaled by a Twi 'lek assassin
"And you should have stayed a slave like you belong, Mandalorian wanna-be" Lylieth simply smiled "Let's hope your half as skilled with a sword as you are stupid." Lylieth drew her own wrist-blade, matching the Twi 'lek pound for pound. They were both of about the same frame, and same skill with a blade, but Lylieth had strength on her. Eventually, during a block, Lylieth kicked the Twi 'lek in the stomach. Distracted from the pain, the assassin put an arm on her stomach, guarding it from another strike, and giving Lylieth the perfect advantage. She plunged the blade deep into her chest, grabbing her by the arm which was wielding the blade, pulling her close "I was never a slave, I fight for our freedom, but you were a willing one your whole life, worm." She yanked out, letting the assassin's blade go before realizing it was still in her arm, and nearly fell down from the pain. "Okay... That's gonna hurt, gotta leave it in though, someone mind cutting most of this off, can't leave it all hanging here."

With the Twi'leks dead the battle for Slogda's palace was over. There was no more resistance for the three remaining members of the original team. As the three wearily opened the final door into Slogda's audience chamber it had occurred to Kaul that the Charis, Gashcauser, Kon and Idar, despite living lives of shame and villainy, had died doing something noble and good. Perhaps there was something to be learned from that. However for now, at least, that would have to wait. They had a Hutt to see.

The audience chamber door slid open with a resounding thud revealing an unprotected Slogda armed with a hold out blaster.

"Chateua! Hiy donba kung!" The Hutt fired a shot that narrowly missed Kaul's head.

Without giving the slug another chance to fire, Kaul sprinted at him, dropping his rifle and drawing his blade as he did so, vaulted over the Hutt and put the sharp edge to his neck, "Ok, Slogda, alot of people, good people..."

"CHATEUA!"

Kaul tightened the blade, drawing blood, "GOOD PEOPLE...you slimy slug bastard, have died to get us here. Now, I want you to take the bounty off my head! And I want you to keep it off or I swear I will come back and I'll kill you!"

At this Slogda's head perked up and, realizing he had a chance to live, dropped the holdout blaster and spoke in basic, "That little bounty? Foolish human, that was bought out days ago."

Kaul tightened the blade again drawing a deep shrill from Slogda, "What? Who would buy a bounty on me?"

The Hutt chuckled, "He not only bought it but reissued it galaxy wide."

Kaul took his blade off of Slogda's neck and, without a moments hesitation, cut off the Hutt's right arm. Slogda bellowed in pain and Kaul angled the tip of the blade at the fat neck of Slogda, "Tell me! NOW! Or I'll gut you like the slug you are!"

"A Sith Marauder named Kaan! He bought and reissued it in the same day! My arm...you schutta!"

Kaul took the blade away, confused. What would a Sith want with him?

Herrith snarled at Kaul as he ran past.
"He's mine!"

She walked towards the Hutt, her skin darkening.
"Remember me, sleemo? Or has your fat finally taken over your brains?"

Herrith pointed to her scar. Here she was. With the Hutt that had caused her so much trouble.
"Guess a poltergeist came back to haunt you. Oh, and your schutta scum are both dead."

She eyed Kaul to make sure he was finished, then continued, stepping up on the dais, grabbing the Hutt by the center of the neck.
"Listen here, slimeball. Jee chespo wanta che tah wa jansokacs. Chemant tah bu luckiest bonsheanh hou see mee nem. uba gee yoieu wa kaae uiuba bai wamma. Nobata cuee wahhoda camai che slaves. An whao Jee mo heee dopa dayan kaa, uba woy fa apoya. Yoieu fa? And if you double cross me, I'll boil you and toss you in a Sarlacc pit myself."

With the rage draining from her body, Herrith spit in his face, stepping off the dais. With her bad leg. The pain finally caught up with her and she winced, cursing under her breath.

Herrith eyed the Hutt as she limped towards Lylieth.
"First aid?"

Lylieth held Herrith up with her good arm, making their way to Slogda's personal safe "Well, I have some bacta, in my ship. We still need to steal everything that isn't nailed to the floor, it's a tradition for whenever I raid the Hutts... A tradition since now." Lylieth began to slice the safe with her bad arm. "Once we're healed, we may want to figure out what that Sith wants with you, Kaul."

Kaul was oblivious to everything. What did the Sith want with him? It's not possible that after five years they still wanted him because of his Senatorial connections? And who was this Kaan? Kaul remained oblivious to all around him as he considered his options. After Lylieth spoke he raised his blade to the ailing Hutt once more.

"What more do you want Human?!"

"Give me the codes to your personal ship! And the locks to the navicomputer!"
The Hutt motioned to a nearby footlocker that held both. "Good. Now listen, if you try and follow us you we will come back. This time we will have more men," he motioned to Lylieth, "She's with the Mandalorians and I," he stabbed his chest aggressively with his finger, "I am with the Jedi! I am heading to Dantooine after this to report to them how this went! You will not come after us and..." Kaul pushed the blade in drawing more blood and causing Slogda to squeal in pain, "You will tell no one of our affiliations. Is that understood!?" The Hutt nodded in pain, "If you do we will come back and kill you without a moments notice."

Kaul withdrew the blade and turned to Lylieth and Herrith, speaking quietly, "You are welcome to loot the place, I will take whats in that footlocker. I have to find out why the Sith are looking for me and frankly...I don't want to put any of you in their crosshairs. The Empire...it's not known to be welcoming to Mandalorians and..." he looked Herrith up and down, "...whatever you are. Thank you for this. I needed to do it."

Kaul sheathed his blade, emptied out the footlocker and headed toward the hanger bay, directly adjacent of the palace.

Herrith mocked him as he looked her up and down, mimicking his action. She turned to look at Lylieth, shrugging.
"I'm taking the nice blades. Then you can patch me up."

She limped outside, gathering a couple decent blades to add to her collection, and sticking them in sleeves and pockets within her smuggler jacket. Herrith turned, remembering that Kaul had said thanks.
"Oh, uh, you're welcome?"

She nodded to Lyli. "Now I can patch up."

Revenge was hers. She took one last evil glare at the Hutt before limping outside.

Herrith stopped, grabbing Lylieth's arm, pulling a vibroknife, and cutting around the blade.
"Sorry if it hurts."

Lylieth winced at the pain, "thanks, Herrith, was it?" She grabbed up a decent amount of credits, offering up a third to her allies, she also took comm links from dead guards, reprogrammed them, and gave one to Kaul and one to Herrith "If we're ever close by, we can call for help this way."

In the following hours, after Kaul had left in his new ship and Herrith and Lylieth looted the palace, a great silence descended on the once bustling compound. Slogda had sent for his physician to treat his arm but it became clear very quickly to the Hutt that his arm was lost. Slogda was not happy, to say the least, but he did realize that this is what part of the game was. He would get his revenge in time You see, Hutts could live for a thousand years. Thus, they were patient creatures, at times waiting entire Human lifetimes to get revenge.

It was here as he was nursing both his wounds and his thoughts of revenge that he saw a dark robed individual on his security camera. Slogda swore and armed himself once more, hoping that it wasn't one of his rivals come to end him.

Herrith grabbed the comlink, looking back up and meeting eyes with the Twi'lek for the first time. She shrugged.
"Didn't catch your name. And I'll be sure to use this."

She smirked and turned, walking across the battlefield. The Zeltron seemed to bow her head in respect to the dead comrades as she passed, shutting a couple alien eyes with a hand.

Then Herrith walked away, back to the streets of a city.

This battle was over. And if Slogda ever thought of double crossing her, she'd make sure he suffered far worse than she ever did.

Herrith happily hummed as she thought this.

OOC: Essentially when Herrith spoke Huttese to the slug, she threatened and more or less made him a contact that didn't really want to work for her but would. Lots of mean things said.

"Name's Lylieth, yours?" Lylieth turned towards the battlefield to, setting her helmet down near one of her dead comrades after tearing out the electronics of it. Fortunately it had been re-painted white so the Hutt wouldn't be able to track her down easily.
