Collin looked down the balcony at his master.

"On my way." He said more to himself than anyone else.

He took a step off and was soon sailing down. As the balcony sped up to him, Collin aimed his hands to the ground and aimed a Force 'Push' at the balcony. It hit the ground and then Collin landed soon after. He sprung up with the extra force left over, and landed again.

"That was unusual."

Watching his Padawan hit the ground with a thud, then suddenly bounce back into the air and back to the concrete that made up the balcony brought a smirk to the Jedi Master's face. He had done something out of the ordinary, but nothing he hadn't seen before.

"Don't be alarmed Collin, that is simply over emphasizing on the Force Push. With time you will get it down to where you wont 'bounce' back. It takes technique, and timing for that stunt. It is better to bounce, then to end up a puddle."

He smiled and motioned for the boy to follow back into the training room.

"Now tell me, do you know the Jedi Code?"

"Ofcourse Master.

Emotion, yet peace
Ignorance, yet knowledge
Passion, yet serenity
Chaos, yet harmony
Death, yet the force."

He took a breath.

"Emotions will reside in you, no matter what. But we must do our best to control them. We all have knowledge, but we are not all-knowing. Everyone can still learn, I still have much to learn, as do you but on less than I. There can be passion for something, such as for peace or freedom, but this like emotions must be controlled and used only in proper times. There will be times when everything turns awry and the world turns around, but we must keep our wits about us. And while we may die, we will still come back to the Force. Even the ones we don't think deserve it.........."

Collin turns away for a moment, tears nearly coming out of his eyes.

Rev stared at the boy, he knew the code quite well, though he didn't understand it fully. This was apparent by his reaction following the speech he gave. Walking around the boy, he now faced him, looking him in the eye the best he could.

"Death is a part of life Collin, remember this. No matter what species this Universe shows us, it does have a span of life. You must also remember our code, there is no emotion, yet peace. We as Jedi must be able to control our emotions, should they get out of hand we will travel down a darker path, a path I assure you, you do not wish to travel. You must accept death, embrace it, honor those who have fallen as weeping their loss does nothing, show praise for them and I assure you, you will not only feel better, but you will let their presence be known to others."

He offered him a reassuring smile before motioning for him to follow.

"Shall we try and get your mind on something else, my Padawan? Or do you need a moment?"

Collin wiped away the few tears and then nodded.

"Master I can continue."

Rev nodded and with a motion of his left hand the room fell into complete darkness. Nothing could be seen, putting his own hand in front of his face, he could barely make out the five fingers he held up. Nodding in approval he spoke out to Collin.

"You're sight is surely inhibited my Padawan... though there is a Force technique that will allow you to see in situations like this. It may not be the best sight you'll ever receive, but it will work. You must focus the Force Energy to your own eyes, then reach out to the surrounding objects. You will feel the Force Energy bouncing off these objects, and you will see, though it will be faint. You will also see the energy other Force Sensitives let off, along with what others let off. As we are all bound by the Force, you will see the good, and the evil in others. It will resonate, and you will almost feel it more than you do now."

Closing his eyes, Rev began to focus, Force Sight taking hold now he walked across the room. Stopping at the Datapad he hammered in a few controls and walls began to rise out of the floor forming a maze. It would end at the Jedi Master, starting at Collin.

"You must find your way to me, use the energy I resonate to find me my Padawan. Once you are here we will move on."

He fell to his knees, closing his eyes and falling into a deep meditation. It would take Collin some time, but by no means would it take hours. Taking in a slow breath, he held it and waited.

As the walls blocked Collin into the maze, he began to do as he was told. Collin focused the Force to his eyes, and 'looked' around. The walls had changed color to a plain white, and when he focused more on them, more details than he could see with his own eyes were in view. He began to walk around, using this new power to see how everything was in this view.

He now went about on his mission, to find his master in the maze. He focused for a moment, and searched outward using Force Sense to find a brief direction to go towards. Collin found Rev near the edge, and started that way. He continued to use Force Sight, and followed the best path he could decide upon. Collin took several turns, only to hit a dead end. But instead of showing frustration, and knowing more was to come, Collin turned around and headed back to the last turn he made.

This continued until Collin was at a dead end, and he felt Rev nearbye. He turned around, and went back to another turn. He went on, and felt closer and closer to Rev. Finally, Collin hit the jackpot and found Rev in meditation. His Master's form in this Force Sight, showed him how deeply involved with the Force he was. Collin could only hope to reach that point in time.

"Master, I have completed this task."

Rev did not speak, though his voice carried into Collin's head, telepathy. He would speak to his Padawan through the Force as he meditated. He was impressed with the speed and time that it took for the young man to get through the maze, he had little left to learn, but much time was left between the two.

"Good work, my Padawan. You accomplished this task with little haste, you're proving to be a great pupil in the teachings of the Jedi ways. Now it is time you learn to Meditate, to replenish all that you have worked so hard with. Join me."

The voice inside of Collin's head would then fade as if it had never been there. It would soon however return to inform him on what to do next.

"Get comfortable, then once you are relaxed focus on the world around you. Reach out and touch the objects, the people, the entire formations around you. Once you have done this, once you are in complete focus, then you are in meditation, my Padawan. Take slow breaths, let these objects around you replenish what you have lost, and they will. It won't be long before you feel you are at the same energy level you were a few hours after you awoke from your sleep last night."

Once again that voice faded and silence befell upon both of them. Taking in another slow breath, he was in complete focus, being 'fed' from the Force around him.

Collin sat down and crossed his legs into the 'indian' position. He began to focus on the very nearest objects, and noticed that many had a 'good' aura. Collin spread his focus outward and towards the walls around them. They all seemed to be 'willing' to 'give' him strength. Collin focused more on this, and soon he felt his own power being boosted. But there was not enough around him, and he reached out farther.

With this intense focus, Collin was able to explore places outside of the Jedi Temple. But only just outside, near the steps. But there was many people there and all had a abundance of energy, and they all let it go in different ways. But any way they dropped it, Collin picked it up and delivered it to himself. He left the entrance and returned to his own surroundings. Collin noticed the several plants who 'wanted' to give him strength. He thanked them and took what they wanted to give.

With most of his energy replenished, Collin sat in meditation, focusing on the Force's movements.

Hours would pass, though it would only seem like minutes to the two men focused in deep meditation. Opening his eyes slowly, Rev looked across at his Padawan, still in deep meditation himself. Standing slowly he motioned his hand and the lights turned back on, the walls lowering back into the floor. Grabbing a vibrodagger off the desk tucked in the far corner he walked over to Collin and set it before him, then spoke.

"You will cut your forearm my Padawan. It is now you learn an advanced technique as I'm sure you've heard of it. Force Heal. Upon cutting yourself you must reach out to the very cells that are a part of your body, command them, make them work faster, and they will. It is up to your effort as to how well healed you become, it may range from nothing had happened to a scab. Typically you will have a scar, but it is possible to prevent this through greater focus. If you feel you are unable to trace the blade along your skin we can find another way for you to practice this technique."

He gave him a reassuring nod before crossing his arms and waiting.

"I believe I will be able to." Collin picked the dagger up and pointed it at the skin on his forearm. He pressed down a little bit, and blood began to drip out of the little hole. Collin then dragged it up his arm to where he had a skin-deep cut. He dropped the knife to the floor and closed his eyes.

While the pain was ever present, Collin began to focus within himself. He saw the many nutrients and cells that were beginning to do their work. He did note the it would take longer for them than if you 'jumped' charged them. So Collin began to mainpulate the Force, and he 'saw' the cells work faster, and he imagined in his mind the skin on his arm healing very quickly.

Collin opened his eyes, and noted that sweat beaded his fore head. He looked down to his surprise and with some satisfaction Collin saw his cut had healed. But, the was a raw scar there, and mostly likely because he was unused to this technique.

Rev watched the boy guide the blade across his own flesh, the blood that followed, and the technique he put forth. He was quite skilled in the ways of the Jedi teachings within the Force. Most would have been stuck with a scab that would heal over time, but he had managed to jump past all of that and here he sat.

"Good job my Padawan."

He flashed the boy a smile before motioning for him to follow.

Rev led him to a small room, no larger than a restroom. Against the wall, centered perfectly was a desk and around it were various durasteel boxes filled with hundreds if not thousands of parts.

"Within these crates are the tools and parts needed to create your most necessary ally, next to the Force. A Jedi's most reliant tool, a Lightsaber. I have no doubt you will create this tool without haste. I will be waiting in the mess hall for when you are completed."

He gave the boy a nod after resting his hand on his shoulder for a moment.

"Use the Force to reach out, sense the tools and pieces you need... the ones that are most what you want will call to you. I will be waiting with your lightsaber crystal my young friend."

Walking out of the room he closed the door and made his way to the cafeteria within the temple.

As soon as Rev left, Collin set to work. First he organized pieces together, based on schematics he had seen from the Library. He hadn't put it together yet, because he knew the hanlde shape would be much different than normal lightsabers. After he got the pieces out, he put the tools in a place, memorizing where verything was.

Then, closing his eyes, Collin reached out to the Force. It was if the Force guided his hands, and he started to pick up objects. It felt like his own flesh and blood hands, but if you had sat there and watched, you would see that he was moving everything with the Force. In truth, the Force was 'moving' him. Once he opened his eyes again, the actual inside of the lightsaber lay before him, with several different handle types beyond it.

Collin pulled each one up to him in turn, the first a normal grip, much like all the Jedis' lightsabers. The second look as if someone had taken a small laser and etched a design into the handle; it gave the saber extra grip, but it was more for looks than anything. The third was a standard Makashi handle, with the bended top. He went over to a small torch tool, one that he could heat metal up with to bend it. Collin picked the handle up with the Force and brought it to him, then aimed the tool at it. Soon the bottom half of the handle was white hot, and Collin stopped the heat from continuing.

He focused the Force onto it, and began to bend the handleto make it more his. After allowing it to cool down, the handle made a 'L' at the bottom. After making sure the insides fit, Collin inserted, and finalized the blade. He nodded his joy at making his own blade, then walked outside the room.

When looking up at the clock, he noticed how time had flown past him. He felt out with the Force to find his Master, who was not at the entrance, and Collin felt him near the Cafeteria area. He made his way there, till Collin stood before Rev with a slightly hot lightsaber handle in his hand.

Rev could sense Collin getting closer and pushed his meal aside in order to give his full attention to the young man before him. Reaching out he took the blade from him, it felt awkward in his own hands, he was never one for Makashi. Looking at the blade he would almost say he distasted the feel for it, but it was not his blade, it was however well crafted and would fit a user of the Lightsaber form quite well. Giving Collin a nod and a smile he spoke.

"Though it is not to my liking, it is a well crafted blade, Collin. Any user of Makashi would find this blade to be quite fitting, I'm sure of it."

He laughed softly before reaching into his cloak's pocket.

"Now we see if it will work my young Padawan... what color blade do you wish to carry?"

He awaited an answer before preparing to put it into the blade.

"I would like to have a purple or orange color Master." Collin almost looked like a child at Christmas.

Reaching into his pocket Rev extracted an Orange crystal. Looking it over for any flaws the crystal was perfect. Nodding in approval at it, he opened the encasing of the hilt and slid the focusing crystal into place. Closing the object back up he hit the igniter and the orange blade hissed to life. Giving the blade a few turns the weightless beam cut through the air with an almost precision. Disengaging the lightsaber he looked at Collin and smiled.

"It is well crafted, my Padawan. Very nice work."

Handing him the blade he'd let the young man give his new tool a test before moving on.

"Thank you master." Collin took the lightsaber handle, and flipped it around his hand.He threw it up into the air and caught it once more. The blade snapped to life, and Collin did a couple more swings, and finally deactivated it again.

Rev nodded and spoke to the young man.

"Tell me, what is it you wish to learn now Collin?"
