ICly, CK's Taung didn't suck up to the Hutts. ICly, Niner's Taung wasn't exiled- he would have had to leave of his own accord. ICly, unless you've got characters actively smuggling Mandalorian iron out, it's going to be a stretch and I'll just say I've got operatives in the True Mandos.

This faction is a headache already and it's not approved. If you feel so strongly that you deserve the title Mandalore, then it's best to duel CK, Niner- I'm sure an admin would gladly supervise to stop the bickering, that way it's done with afterwards. If for some reason you're not for that then that's good, but for the love of god cut the 'false Mandalore' crap. If a majority of the Taung are behind CK (which they are), then who's the real leader?

It would actually make an interesting dynamic for the timeline if a number of Tuang, feeling that fighting the Hutts is a more interesting challenge, and more honorable, joined the Republic side. That would make for an amusing subplot IMO, and that's what is inadvertently happening here. Can we let that much happen, if the two Mandalore's will just chill out and stop snapping at each other?

Who says I don't actually have IC operatives in the Hutt Taung? And in the eyes of this faction CK is the False Mandalore, therefore that's what he will be referred to as.

From my limited understanding of taung culture... If niner's character was stagnating, then he would have been challenged by someone who felt they could lead better.
To quote the site write up about Taung culture: "...the Mandalore can be challenged, and is normally done so when his actions are seen to be channeling the power of the Stagnant Sloth God Arasuum."
The majority of the taung would follow who they felt to be more active.

Now the idea of 2 factions of Taung is interesting, but I feel that it would get somewhat messy. This is essentially the Hutt's Spec forces, if the Republic have them too it just complicates things.

As for niner's character being supposedly exiled and then creating a resistance...

Isn't more natural, logical and well.... Mandalorian to dual for control?

If Atin is so much better, beat Vincent in single combat to prove it. Is it so much to ask of him? Seriously, if the current Mandalore is just someone the slugs put in you should stomp him.

The Taung did not have the capability to fight the Republic on their own, but they wanted to fight the Republic. The Taung begrudgingly agreed to become part of the Hutt Empire, but with strong military influence.

Plus it was implied that the Hutts threatened to destroy the Taung if the Taung didn't agree to it, so there was a bit of a cost-benefit analysis involved too.

Oh, no, I'm not making it a secret that you wouldn't get the Taung again. In your first tenure you sat on the title for two months and yes, I gave you a warning. I asked for anything, a sign of activity, and instead you sent me a crap two line "I'm working on stuff" excuse along with bitching about Rameth, who was actually doing things and my original pick for Mandalore. Win or lose, you won't control the Taung subfaction for OOC incompetence, not IC reasons.

The Hutts IC didn't put CK in control, he rose to power due to the inactivity of Atin. I don't know why I have to keep specifying this, but IC you weren't booted by the Hutts.

If you want to be Mandalore, duel CK. If you want to keep being a raging pain in the ass, then keep doing what you're doing.

Lord I hope this faction isn't approved.
