After looking over the Independent Factions boards, the only thread I could find that had rules was this thread, and these rules state that "If at any point that this number is less than 5, the faction will automatically be archived; no application will be approved with less than 5 members."

Now, I'm not saying you don't have less than 5 active members, but you really should update your roster if you haven't done so already.

Not sure what you need a link for, since I've already linked to the page that I quoted the rule I was referring to from.

From my understanding, and note this is coming from someone that isn't part of the faction, AEGIS hasn't been active for around a month. One of the higher profile members, @Prudence has been banned for the past month, and @Commissar Brett hasn't been around much. I also don't think there are any active threads at the moment.
