Do we have an official stance on Aing-Tii diciplines like Teleportation, Flow-Walking, and the Fighting Sight yet?

Teleportation is heavily restricted for a select few, I think. Flow-walking is almost a guaranteed impossibility. Fighting Sight is the same as precognition.

Teleportation isn't allowed (IIRC), Flow Walking is definitely not allowed, and I don't think Fighting Sight exists.
