BIOGRAPHY

Alberich Wotan is the second-born out of the nine Wotan children, which meant he was indeed the first middle child. He was always lost in the shuffle, the one to look after everyone else yet always was still seem as a child. He had to always have his eyes on his younger siblings, as his older sister was out trying to earn money to help her family out. Alberich many of times went without food for days, allowing his siblings to grow and prosper while his growth stunted at just under 1.8 meters tall.

He never really had a childhood, as the sheer amount of siblings he had caused every waking moment to be spent looking after them. Alberich quickly became jaded as he saw that the world was all about fighting for the scraps that anyone who had anything would toss them. He realized that he would have to fight tooth and nail to get anywhere, which meant he turned to robbery whenever his sister managed to finally escape the slums and the grime and the filth to wherever she went. Several of his younger siblings followed him into his new profession, as they worked rather well together.

He soon became the ringleader of a youth gang that went around and robbed anyone with anything that could be worth anything on the black market. At the age of sixteen he bought his first weapon: a slugthrower pistol. It was within the first couple of months that he already knew it like the backside of his hand, inside and out, and also was when he got his first kill. It was a guard who had spotted him on one of his big scores, defending one of his younger siblings from being beaten to a pulp. One single slug through his helmet was enough to take the guard down, and all but ensured the group to be exiled from the planet.

The exile just furthered his bitterness to the galaxy at large as he had to take his younger siblings with him as he moved from planet to planet around the galaxy. At first he tried and secure his living by legal and above board means, but every planet he went to those opportunities dried up and each time he had to resort to his less than legal means of staying alive. Every time he had to resort to those means he tried to move away, to find where he could finally follow the law.

After five years of this Alberich gave up, accepting his life of crime was what would keep him alive. He transitioned fully into a life of crime, slowly taking up the job of a pirate in all but name. Stealing small craft, jewelry, credits, anything with value and selling them on the black market. Eventually he found a partner outside of his family he could do his buisness with and he never looked back.
